building very well maintained with caretaker and surveillance cameras, nicely furnished, functional and very quiet on a tree-lined interior courtyard, 4th floor with elevator. Linen provided, large bed 1.60m, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, stereo, real kitchen oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, shower room, separate WC.
Very lively area, restaurants, shops, Champs Elysées at 500m on foot, all transport at 100m, airport shuttles

This was a wonderful place to stay in Paris for a few days. The building and grounds are lovely. The manager is nice and responsive.

Great stay, but apparently I was lucky to catch the gardienne off-hours to retrieve the keys, so make sure you understand and can work with the hours at which you can receive the keys.

Terrific location near Metro Line 1

Loved my stay - bed was comfortable, space to cook, Gardienne was very helpful and host always responded very quickly. Would def recommend to anyone wanting convenience and a superb location.

Great quiet spot, close to the metro and the Palais des Congrès which was the main reason for my choice. Annie was very responsive to my many questions. The room is as described and shown in the pictures. I would definitely consider this again in the future.

Lovely Stay

Great little apartment, perfect for two, it was comfortable and clean. Easy access to the public transportation, we could get around everywhere in Paris with ease from the apartment. Restaurants and grocery stores were also within walking distance. The host was very gracious and communicative. I would recommend staying here.

Cute Studio

Place well located near place de congress and metro station. Near many different restaurants to choose from. Studio was well furnished within a nice secure building. Host of the property was always available for communication and made the stay pleasant.

Lovely Oasis in Ternes District of Paris

A lovely large studio apartment in the Ternes section of Paris. Comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom excellent water pressure in shower. Very clean. Nice kitchen, Lovely building,. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and METRO trains. Highly recommend.

What a true pleasure

I so appreciated this darling pied-a-terre that was perfect for me. Annie is the perfect host, and the apartment was quiet and cool, very important during the heatwaves! Mme Calado, the gardienne, is also a delight. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and peaceful.

Lovely apartment in great location

My wife and I loved staying here. The studio apartment was just right for two. There were plenty of amenities. The bed was very comfortable. We were also able to walk to see sites like L’Arch de Triomphe and more. We used Lime rental bikes to get around longer distances but this is also convenient for metro, taxi, Uber, etc. I highly recommend it!

Not the best place to stay in Paris but it did the job. Metro was a little far. Plenty of cafes not too far. After staying here, I think I prefer being more in the center of town in a hotel, but others might think different.

Perfect appartment!

I truly enjoyed my stay, all kinds of supplies. Location is convenient and sincethe windows are on inside court, you don't hear all the noise from the outside. Shower is really good! It was a little warm but the fan was truly helpfull! Window shutters and curtains kept it dark when needed. Owner very responsive and helpfull! Thank You!

Cozy, clean, quiet studio apt.

We had a VERY enjoyable visit. Annie was an extremely helpful hostess who provided great communication and made us feel comfortable that we had made a good choice. The apartment is older and not flashy but had everything we needed and was a nice refuge after long days of sightseeing. A very nice value at less than Euro 100 per night. Looking at the map you might think that it is a little off the beaten track but the nearby Porte Maillot metro station offers a straight shot to the Seine and also goes through Chatelet Les Halles for connections via metro, RER and train to all points. Multiple markets nearby, many restaurants within walking distance and a great patisserie within 2 blocks. Would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient and spacious accommodations!

Booked this wonderful property for my Paris 2024 Olympics trip. It was a 3 minute walk from the 3 Tram lines and a 7 minute walk to the M1, RER C, and RER E. There were multiple markets nearby and plenty of patisseries & brasseries within walking distance as well. The location was quiet and safe as I never felt uncomfortable returning at 1 or 2am in the morning following events. The property had spacious closet space, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and had a laundry washer in the home (no dryer, but there were drying racks in the bathroom). It was rather quiet with the home facing into a courtyard. Spacious enough for 2 adults sharing the bed. Communication was amazing and responsive and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Would absolutely consider staying here again for my next visit to Paris!
