All dialogue with the host prior to the stay was very easy and professional, also the local hosts were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was well located with easy access to ski buses and the main street with shops and restaurants. Everything was clean and neatly prepared, the standard a bit old but functional.

Great property, great location

The apartment was clean and well appointed. There was good parking and it was well located for the town centre and for driving excursions. We had a lovely time there.

The major selling point for this flat is the location right at the start of the main tourist pedestrian shopping and dining area in the center of Cortina. There is parking right in front which is great, and there is a grocery store right next door (down a steep driveway but very convenient). Washing machine in the unit was great.The apartment was clean, BUT there was a gross shower curtain in the bathroom and the kitchen had an odor that was unpleasant. It would build up if we closed the door to the kitchen, so we had to leave the door open all the time. I never identified what was the source. It was NOT our trash/garbage.There were no floor/table/ceiling fans and it was very warm on several days. We knew there was no A/C but fans should be there. Everything I am writing here I also communicated to the owner directly. I would opt for a hotel if and when I return to Cortina.

Der Blick auf die Berge wunderbar

Die Gegend ist einzigartig, der Ort ist für den Namen zum Teil unansehnlich( marode Häuser neben den 5 Sterne Hotels. Die Wohnung liegt an einer Durchgangsstr. mit Anstieg, alle Porsche- oder Ferrarimotoren werden trotz 30kmh Begrenzung hochgetrieben, manchmal die halbe Nacht. Wir hätten es gerne etwas ruhiger.

Muy buene experiencia

Apartamento muy bien equipado. Muy buena situación, próximo a la calle principal de Cortina, al lado de supermercado y de la pizzería El Puente, que es estupenda. Por ponerle un pequeño pero, se tiene que subir una pequeña cuesta y algunas escaleras.

Cortina Wohnung

Wohnung ist rüstikal und zweckentsprechend eingerichtet, hat jedoch einen extremen Nachbesserungsbedarf in Sachen Schlafzimmerausstattung wie z.B. vernünftigen Matrazen und Bettzubehör Bettdecken. Zu meinem Auffenhalt Mitte Okt.22, hat beides nicht gegeben.

Es tut mir leid, dass das Haus nicht richtig vorbereitet wurde, die bettwäsche ist immer in den schränken verfügbar, während wir für unsere wahl keine Bettdecken verwenden, sondern nur klassische Wolldecken. Ich hoffe, Sie hatten einen guten Tag
