The house is 500 meters from the sea in a quiet area within a farm of 60 acres where there are only 4 houses. We have a garden of 2000 metri.The beach that can be seen from the house is the Aragonese Tower of Vignola Mare, a small hamlet of houses with shops and restaurants.
Near the house there are 35 Kilometers of beaches interspersed with granitic rocks, Mediterranean and a bike path that runs along the sea.Ideally located

Why they chose this property

I love the island for the emerald green sea, white sand beaches, the many colors of granite rocks and Mediterranean vegetation by the intoxicating scents.
I bought one Stazzo inside a farm in 2008. Goal 'of the house we spend the holidays with his family and we have restored the other party to lease it.
