House immersed in the green of Sardinia a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Isola Rossa and La Marinedda. Arranged on two levels, it can accommodate up to 14 people and consists of three independent apartments (each with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, veranda) but inserted in the same structure. It is equipped with external and internal common areas: large living room with 14-seater table, sofas and fireplace; solarium; external verandas equipped with wooden tables and benches, barbecue and external oven. Large outdoor areas with greenery, trees and parking. Ideal for groups of friends or families who want to spend their holidays together but with a certain degree of privacy and autonomy.
A few kilometers from the house we find inhabited centers equipped with all services (supermarket, shops, pharmacy, medical guard, marina, churches, sports activities, excursions, etc)
