Dar Taourit Djerba
The charm of this house comes from its family aspect. Indeed, the house is part of an old Djerbian “Houch” existing since four generations. It has been renovated recently to make this charming home.
The house is air-conditioned, comfortable, located at 5 minutes from the sea walk of Houmt Souk and 10 minutes walk from the heart of the city.
The outdoor has a beautiful newly built pool of 16sqm surrounded by a beautiful palm and other plants, ideal to enjoy the sunny days and cool evenings around a barbecue.
You also have access to an old Djerbian weaving factory with its old wooden door where you can enjoy a cup of local tea, a shisha or a Turkish coffee ... It can also be turned to an extra room if you are numerous.
The house offers a great balance between the traditional djerbian charm and the modern comfort with a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a satellite TV, Wifi, two bathrooms (internal and external), a car entrance and other amenities that will make you feel at home.

Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire, très disponible et à l’écoute.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un environnement calme et reposant. La maison est très agréable, propre, bien équipée et idéalement située à une quinzaine de minutes du centre à pieds et plein de petits commerces à proximité.

Maison djerbienne typique, agréable , bien située près du centre ville et commerces, marché, un peu éloignée de la zone touristique(15 min) en taxi , ou nécessité d'avoir un véhicule
Bien équipée, un peu plus de vaisselle serait appréciée(assiettes et couverts), très bien accueillis , la dame nous a préparé deux repas tunisiens , à notre demande.
Je recommanderai en précisant qu'il est préférable d'avoir un véhicule

Très bonne adresse
POur quelques jours ou pour une semaine, à eulement quelques minutes à pied du centre de HOUM SOUK, la ville principale de DJerba, proche de tous commerces, des meilluers beignets e Djerba, une maison tranquille et traditionnel avec tous le confort pour un séjour en famille.
Je recommande cette adreese
Les petits plus : la salle des tisserands donnant sur la cour intérieur une salle de repos et de farniente très agréable.

The neighbourhood is calm and secure. There are many small shops within 50m. Located just outside Houmt Souk towards the hotels zone, the area offers accessibility to all attractions and must see of the island.

The Port of the Island, called Marina of Djerba, is located at 1km from the house. From there you can go for a boat trip to Flamingo Island which has one of the best beaches in the island.
The heart of Houmt Souk is less than 1km. You can take the opportunity to walk around the narrow streets, buy a souvenirs and enjoy good food in the famous fish market of Houmt Souk.
The Hotels zone is easily accessible from the house, you will find the beautiful beaches of the island, the big hotels and other attractions like bars and night clubs.
