This new, contemporary Villa, with its large terrace of 67 m2, partly covered, will offer you a very beautiful sea view. Its large landscaped, wooded and closed park of 7500 m2 will welcome you to spend a magnificent stay.
This villa has in addition to its modern facilities:
- a large open-plan kitchen overlooking the sea and the mountains with its US fridge (ice and fresh water dispenser), its modern household appliances and furniture.
- a living room and lounge also overlooking the sea with a large 4K TV, 130 cm equipped with 26 TNT satellite channels.
- 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and LED TV on the ground floor,
- 2 bedrooms upstairs with sea view, one with balcony.
- 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and thermostatic tap,
- 2 independent WCs distributed on each level, one with washbasin.
- Internet access, Plancha or "WEBER" electric barbecue for your evenings on the terrace, outdoor shower, direct beach gate, garden furniture, 6 sun loungers, a deckchair, an outdoor clothes line, private parking spaces, cot and highchair on request .

Maison moderne dans un très grand jardin , très agréable avec sa terrasse abritée face à la mer. Proximité plage 200 m. Bonne situation pour visiter le nord de l'île. Commerces proches 1km.

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten in Strandnähe

Das Haus punktet vor allem durch seinen tollen Außenbereich: eine geräumige Terrasse mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten sowie einem großzügigen Garten rund um das Haus. Das Meer ist in Sicht. Auch der Innenbereich ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz; in unserem Fall für 6 Erwachsene und 1 Säugling. Zwei Strände sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Übergabe lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Baguettes können nebenan auf einem Campingplatz geholt werden. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Séjour de rêve

Un lieu préservé, à proximité de 2 superbes plages et à 2 pas de l ile rousse. La maison est très bien équipée, la propriétaire aux petits soins. La proximité du petit train de Balagne est un plus. Seul tout petit bémol : l’absence de climatisation : pas de souci pour la chambre du RDC mais les chambres à l’étage sont plus chaudes. Heureusement la villa est très bien conçue et on peut facilement rafraîchir les pièces. Nous avons tellement aimé que nous reviendrons si nous passons à nouveau par l ile Rousse.

Tolles Haus in sehr schöner Lage

Das Haus ist in direkter Nähe zu zwei sehr schönen Stränden. Von der Terasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Ruhige Lage. Wir waren sehr begeistert und würden jeder Zeit dort wieder Urlaub verbringen.

Erholsame Ferien in schönem Ferienhaus in super Lage

Wir waren im September 2018 zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Lage optimal: zu Fuss zu zwei Stränden und großer Supermarkt mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Die große Terrasse bietet Sonne und Schatten nach Bedarf. Der Essplatz im Freien ist auch an heissen Tagen angenehm. Die freundliche Hausverwalterin hat sich für das Einchecken viel Zeit genommen und die Hausbesitzer waren jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Fazit: alles top und jederzeit gerne wieder!

Tolle Läge, in wenigen Schritten am Strand. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Riesiges Grundstück. Sehr schöne Lage, fussläufig in der Nähe zu zwei Stränden - mit Strandbuden. Pizzeria ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt am Ortseingang mit dem PKW gut erreichbar. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt....

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Ein sehr angenehmes Haus, modern, geräumig, sauber und ruhig. Ein paar Schritte zu zwei sehr schönen Sandstränden, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 5 Autominuten, guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel und auch das Gebirge zu erkunden. Gerne wieder.
