House located on the heights of Ollioules, quiet, countryside environment but close to the sea and activities. Built in 2014, it has all the comfort, 2 bedrooms with 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs. Air conditioning in all rooms. Closed terrace for bikes or beach equipment. The lawn is nice for children or rest. Open view. A terrace with pergola and canisses for shaded outdoor meals. Private parking for cars and trailer.

For the reservation of a week or more from August 20 until the end of September, the owner offers you a half day of discovery on his boat with aperitif and swimming in one of the superb coves of Sanary, Bandol or Les Embiez .
Valid for 4 people maximum. Offer as far as weather conditions allow.

A great host

From the first to the last day, Christian and Yvelyne were the most hospitable people you could imagine. They always helped us, gave us good insights and even showed us the area without hesitation. We also spent almost a whole day together on their boat. We will never forget this incredible trip. The house is very beautiful and cozy. The garden is generally a great place to linger. We felt completely at home and can therefore warmly recommend the accommodation and Yvelyne and Christian as hosts.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig in einem grünen Wohnviertel am Hang oberhalb von Toulon. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in 15Min. das Zentrum/Hafen von Toulon,das idyllische Sanary-sur-Mer sowie zahlreiche Supermärkte (Leclerc,Carrefour,Intermarche,Netto). Das Haus liegt ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Westen(Calanques,Cassis,Marseille)sowie nach Osten Hyeres,St.Tropez,Cote d'Azur.Auch die nahe Umgebung ist abwechslungsreich (Berge,Wanderwege,Strände + Meer,alte Dörfer) u.traumhaft schön. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt,komfortabel u. bestens ausgestattet. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, bei Bedarf steht ein zweiter Kühlschrank zur Verfügung. Christian u. Yvelyne sind überaus freundliche u. sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter, die sich jedoch aus stets zurückhaltend und diskret verhalten. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, und kommen gerne wieder. Quel séjour agréable

Je recommande vivement. La Location est le reflet de la description. Lieu calme et agréable, Christian est d’un accueil on ne peut plus chaleureux. Toujours de bon conseil. Il ne manquait rien absolument rien dans la maison même les glaçons pour notre arrivée. La discrétion et la gentillesse des propriétaires sont à retenir. Cette maison est le top aussi pour deux couples avec une indépendance et une intimité totale. Parfait !! dans une région splendide !! Merci . Nous reviendrons avec joie et en toute confiance .

Toller Urlaub im Haus mit großzügigem Garten

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, komfortabel mit Klimaanlage und allem was man so braucht. Der Garten ist toll, so grün und mit Zitronen, Avocados etc! Ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen!

Maison parfaitement conforme a l'annonce et aux photos. Moderne, fonctionnelle, propre, et au calme dans les hauteurs d'Ollioules. Jardin parfaitement entretenu. Le propriétaire est tres sympathique, et réactif en cas de besoin. Une semaine tres agréable, je ne peux que recommander chaudement cette location.

Maison tout confort, très calme, très saine, très lumineuse, très bien entretenue y compris le beau jardin exposé sud-est. Nous avons trouvé le lieu idéal pour nous reposer une semaine complète avec nos deux jeunes enfants sans avoir la sensation d’être entassé. La climatisation, le wifi, les machines à laver le linge, la vaisselle et le barbecue électrique fonctionnent très bien. Le site est remarquable. Situé dans les collines du Gros Cerveau à 10 minutes de la mer, il surplombe la cote (Toulon, Sanary). C’est un bon compromis entre les plages et les sentiers de randonnées du massif forestier du Gros Cerveau sur lequel on peut s'adonner aux promenades et au footing. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles et discrets. Ils connaissent parfaitement la région et sont d’excellents conseils pour les promenades, les restaurants, les marchés locaux … Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons cette location pour une courte ou une longue durée.

Campagne Provençale au dessus de la mer

Nous sommes 2 couples retraités et nous avons décidés de passer le Réveillon, près de la mer. Très bon accueil et à quelques km de Sanary, nous trouvons sur la colline d'Ollioules un super calme avec la vue, une location neuve, propre et impeccable, avec tout le confort, rien ne manque comme équipement. Une grande pièce à vivre, avec coin cuisine, et 2 chambres totalement indépendantes (chacun avec salle de bain et WC) et même télé pour la seconde Devant la location, une belle petite pelouse avec terrasse, où il fût agréable de prendre l'apéritif le 1er janvier !! Le propriétaire, nous avait fourni des adresses de restaurants, ainsi que d'un traiteur qui est à recommander. La région offre, même en hiver une multitude de lieux de balades, il n'y a que l'embarra du choix. Sans la moindre hésitation, nous recommandons cette location.
