I am a naturopath dealing with natural food. I am from Alba and have always loved this land, rich with stories and gastronomic traditions. In my free time, I like to walk, take care of my plants, play tennis and arrange lunches and dinners with friends.

It is a typical countryside dwelling dating from the early 1900's of Rocca D'Arazzo, an original feudal small village. I decided to rent this house because it is quiet, immersed in a lush green setting, surrounded by trees and flowers. It is located in an ideal area to visit Langhe e Monferrato, ideal places to spend an unforgettable holiday weekend or week. The farmhouse preserves the ancient atmosphere and has been restructured taking in consideration this characteristic. The staircase accessing the bedrooms upstairs is made in stone, the ceilings have brickwork and the floors are part wood and part terracotta. The wide bedrooms have a sober and warm atmosphere: the modern and functional fittings are in some bedrooms and other typically peasant in other rooms (wrought-iron beds). The bathrooms are new (with a hydro massage shower). The mansard is very big, has exposed rafters and sleeping accommodation for 6. This is a house suitable for groups of friends that want to live together and enjoy their time here, couples that want to spend days of absolute peace in the green nature, families that wish to have a large garden for their children to play outdoors. It is beautiful house to see and live. Thanks to its large bedrooms, the double dining room, and the large living room with chimney, it can comfortably accommodate 10, 12 or even 15 people. I have spent many weekends in this house, organizing dinners for friends and I have wonderful memories. During summer, it is fresh and you can sleep extremely well, there is no need of air-conditioning! A few kilometres away, between the hills, you can find pools and tennis clubs, golf and even a Yoga school, at 8km, in the open countryside, a beautiful SPA with interior and exterior pool. For anybody that loves biking and Nordic Walking in the surrounding area you will find nice paths. Now I want to put it at guests’ disposal that can enjoy the conviviality, nature, the good food and wine.

From each window of the house, you can see the countryside and surrounding hills. There are no houses near, even if the village is only at 800 metres. It is quite and surrounded by a land filled with trees: pines, magnolia, walnuts blackthorn, pears, fig tree, and pomegranates. In spring and summer, we have geraniums, dahlias, violas and surfinia that beautify the house facade. To cook you will find in the garden, sage rosemary, thyme, mint and marjoram. In the morning and during the day, the only noise you will hear will be the bird’s song. During the evening, cricket and cicadas.
