The rental property has been renovated in 2011 to make a comfortable and fully equipped sweet home. It includes 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms (with double beds in each one 140x90) and 1 other bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds 90x140), living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (balneotherapy bath for one of them) and 3 toilets.

A fantastic place. Great communal area for cooking, eating and just hanging out. Hitting the hot tub, sauna , or steam room after a day skiing was magical. Excellent communication from the host and clear instructions all the way through our stay. Located in a very quiet area.

Cozy chalet with great amenities

We had an amazing time staying here. The sauna and ski room area is amazing and perfect for those coming to enjoy the snow and get some relaxation in. The bedrooms are cutely decorated and very comfortable and the living room / kitchen / dining space is perfect for cooking meals in and spending time in front of the fireplace. The hosts were very communicative and helpful! We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Chalet with great views and wonderful amenities.

The Chalet was a perfect base for our Chamonix ski trip. Location was perfect, very near Flegere ski lift, a quick walk into Les Praz and a very nice 20 min walk into Chamonix proper. The house is beautiful and cozy. The hot tub, spa, fireplace, and boot warmers were wonderful for relaxing after a day on the pistes.

Perfect location and chalet.

Second stay at this chalet, perfectly suited our needs, 5 adults plus to kids. Plenty of space for everyone over four floors. Simple things make a stay better and three stand out, communication with our host, cleanliness of the property and everything worked from the taps and showers to kitchen appliances to the hot tub. Well designed Chalet with all facilities listed in good working order. Located near town/ski/bus

Property was very clean and well equipped. The owner was easy to contact and even sorted birthday banners and balloons on arrival for one of our party whose birthday it was. There was plenty of information left to operate the various facilities included. Well located with an easy 20 minute picturesque walk to Chamonix or 15 to Flaglier ski resort. You could hop on a bus too either too in a matter of minutes. Great chalet for both Adults and kids. Would definitely return.

Chalet confortable et bien équipé, vue depuis la terrasse magnifique, possibilité de se rendre à Chamonix à pied depuis le châlet par un sentier piétonnier bien très agréable . Seul bémol, jacuzzi en panne malgré l'intervention de l'entreprise dès le lendemain de la panne signalée, personne en charge de la location réactive, disponible et très sympathique :-)

Toller Urlaub in wunderbarem Ferienhaus

Wir haben im Februar 2022 eine wunderbare Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist wunderschön in dem kleinen Nebenort von Chamonix Le Praz de Chamonix. Der Check-In durch die sehr nette Hausverwalterin war perfekt, wir kamen nämlich zu spät an wegen Stau und daher wurde uns der Schlüssel in der mit Code gesicherten Box hinterlegt. Das Haus selbst ist traumhaft mit viel Holz und einem perfekten Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad, das Highlight ist der beheizte Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse, einfach Isolierhaube abnehmen, wohlfühlen und nachts mit Beleuchtung auf den Mont Blanc schauen. Die Küche inkl. Gewürze, Raclette und Nespressomaschine ist perfekt ausgestattet, uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Handtücher und Bademäntel ebenfalls reichlich vorhanden. Einziges Manko bei uns war, dass der kleine Skibus, der direkt vor dem haus hält, leider zweimal am nachmittag nicht zum Lift kam. Einmal war wohl ein Unfall, ob das öfter vorkommt, kann ich nicht sagen. Wir sind dann mit dem Auto gefahren und zweimal nach Le Tour, da uns das Skigebiet Balme fast noch besser gefallen hat. In Laufnähe zum Haus gibt es einen wunderbaren Laden, der u. a. Baguette, Wein, Obst und frische Croissants verkauft. Insgesamt ein absolut perfekter Urlaub.

Beautiful chalet in fantastic location

We had a very warm welcome from Myriam and were delighted by the cleanliness and amenities at the property. The view is stunning and the location is very convenient - 25 minutes walk into Chamonix and 5 minutes to Les Praz. Our communications with the owner were very friendly, timely and straightforward and they showed great kindness and understanding when we had to extend our stay at short notice due to illness. Thoroughly recommend.

Séjour extrêmement agréable, chalet très bien entretenu, tout le confort, très belle vue sur le mont-blanc, trampoline très apprécié de notre fille de 7 ans 😀 ! Sauna et jacuzzi testés et approuvés 😉. Produits de commodités disponibles pour ne pas courir au supermarché le 1er jour (ni le 2ème 🙂) Bref, nous recommandons définitivement ! Le must serait de mettre des vélos à disposition mais on nous a expliqué les désagréments passés que nous pouvons comprendre.

Magnifique Weekend à Chamonix

Nous avons très bien reçu et nous avons passé un très bon weekend en famille dans ce magnifique chalet. L'emplacement est superbe, la vue sur le mont-blanc incroyable, les prestations (Jacuzzi, Sauna, Hammam) ainsi que l'équipements du chalet sont de très bonne qualité. Le chalet est très cosy et on s'y s'en vraiment bien. Je le recommande vivement !!

Only one word to describe it: fabulous

I don't know where to begin! The chalet was incredible. Perfectly situated within easy walking distance of Chamonix. Fully equipped with everything you need (with very high quality and incredibly good taste)...and much much more! Incredible views from the terrace. Wonderful jacuzzi looking at Mont Blanc. Sauna, hammam, you name it this chalet had it. Beds very comfy, all the bedrooms equal in size and decoration so no jealousy! Very nice contact with the owner. An absolutely perfect long weekend, many thanks as it was for a very special occasion.

Modern but cosy chalet with views of Mont Blanc

For two years in a row now, we book this chalet to ski in the Chamonix area and to relax. This chalet offers all amenities you would expect from a modern, classy but yet cosy chalet. Our favourites are the great fireplace, the jacuzzi and the steam room, especially when you come back from the pistes. Fabulous chalet in a great location and amazing views.

The chalet is finished to a high standard with a well equipped kitchen. The outdoor hot-tub has an amazing view of Mont Blanc & surroundings. The sauna, steam room & heated boot room are all very clean. The kids bedroom was well thought out and a little out of the way, to allow playtime and quiet at bedtime. The house is an easy drive to all main ski areas and a short drive into Chamonix centre. The owner and manager were both very helpful and responsive to questions. Fabulous property - we will return!

Superbe chalet, idéalement situé dans la vallée de Chamonix, avec vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. Le cadre est juste magique, la vue sur le Mont Blanc imprenable, le chalet extrêmement confortable. L'environnement est très calme malgré l'affluence estivale sur la ville de Chamonix. Le chalet est encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec les propriétaires ainsi qu'avec la personne chargée de l'accueil. Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes. Nous reviendrons très certainement et pour plus longtemps si possible. A refaire sans hésitation!!!
