The Green View Chalet is located on a 5000m2 property which includes an other Chalet (Blue View) and a house (with 04 bedrooms).The place is calm and the chalet has 100m2 surface,has two outdoor terraces to rest and/or enjoy your meals, a fireplace.
the Chalet is fully equipped so guests can spend one or two weeks holidays in the most comfortable way: kitchen with induction cooking table,washing machines etc.. The guests can also enjoy a large swimming pool, 15X7m (in season), a pétanque field (french bowls game).
The Chalet is equipped with renewable energies: heat pump, solar panels..

Garmen Hills is near Bansko resort(40min), the Aegean Sea(90min) as the greek border is only 15 kms away from Garmen, and near the Pirin National Park, protected by Unesco .

Un environnement top entre 2 massifs montagneux, de la verdure, des bois et quelques magnifiques villages ert monastères = de quoi faire de belles rando au vert et au calme ! Le chalet green view est top = construction de qualité et décoration soignée, cuisine entièrement équipée, alliance très réussie du bois et de la pierre. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine ! Propriétaire très serviable et discret.
