Are you looking for a quiet rental but allowing you to access shops and beaches on foot, without having to systematically use your car? If so, this rental is for you!
I offer you a nice modern apartment of 60 m², with all the modern comfort, located on the ground floor of the family house, in a green setting, and composed of a garden planted with several fruit species.
Inside: a large living-dining-kitchen area with 1 window and 1 French window opening onto the terrace and the garden, 1 bedroom with window consisting of a double bed and cupboards, 1 bathroom, 1 independent WC.
Outside: 1 large shaded terrace on which you can take your meals, a garden of approximately 600 m² composed of numerous fruit trees (peach, plum, fig, citrus ...) and furnished with deckchairs and barbecue.

You can benefit from all the advantages of proximity to the sea. You will be located 200 m walk from the center of the village, the port and its shops, while being in a quiet, relaxing and sheltered from the noise of the center.

The departure of the customs trail is 400 m on foot. If you like walking, many other nature hiking trails are available in the town (I can tell you about the essentials to do).

A casarella di Macinaggio

The house is very comfortable with a beautiful garden and a private car parking. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is very pleasant with all the bedding you can need. Toilette and bathroom perfect. The location is very quiet and you'll feel free and safe. Very close to the (few) amenities of Macinaggio and to the (many) beautiful places of Cap Corse. The landlady is perfect.

Avons passé une superbe semaine dans le logement de Sylvie, endroit calme avec un beau jardin, proche des commerces, du port , de la plage et des chemins de randonnées. Le tout se fait à pied. Avons randonné dans les villages entourant Macinaggio. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter le cap corse. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous y reviendrons certainement. Super lieber Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist einsame spitze, man ist in 2 Minuten im Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in weniger als 20 Minuten in den Bergen zum Wandern. Die Sauberkeit der Küche war leider nicht ganz so toll. Sonst waren wir aber sehr begeistert! Klare Empfehlung :)

Tout était parfait : la communication avec Mme Santini, la situation du logement (à deux minutes des commerces, restaurants), la propreté. Il s'agit d'un bel appartement au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur un magnifique jardin, au calme. Accès très facile à la plage de Macinaggio et à une petite plage très sympa à l'entrée de la ville.

Ruhige Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse und Garten

Die Vermieterin Madame Santini hat uns trotz aller Sprachschwierigkeiten sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen: nah am Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir haben es genossen auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Es gibt nur ein Negativmerkmal: die Wohnung liegt im Keller und ist daher feucht und muffelig. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren klamm. Im Zentrum von Macinaggio kann man sehr gut Fisch essen, wobei das erste Restaurant nicht immer das Beste ist. Empfehlen würde ich das vorletzte in der Kurve gelegen, Richtung Strand. Leider weiß ich den Namen des Restaurants nicht mehr. - Natürlich sind wir auch den wunderschönen Zöllnerpfad gewandert (9,5 km). Sehr empfehlenswert! Ich wollte ihn am nächsten Tag gerne nochmal gehen… 😉

Rez de chaussée de maison bien équipé, tout près a pied du centre de Maccinagio, sa Marina et ses commerces. Accueil chaleureux de Sylvie. Nous recommandons cette location pour découvrir le Cap Corse.
