Beautiful, independent, recently renovated villa, located a few meters from the police station, shops and Trou aux Biches beach. Staff attentive to listening to customers, to ensure very good service. He will do his best to make your life easier during your stay. The villa can be rented with 2 bedrooms, three bedrooms or in full because it has individual access. Furniture with wifi connection, private swimming pool, large space for bbq and small party, security guaranteed and all rooms are air conditioned with their own attached bathrooms and toilets.

Très bon séjour

Nous sommes partis en famille et amis (13) et avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout est proximité, plage top, restauration top. Nous avions la maison entière pour nous et c’était parfait en terme d’organisation (Leger doute de l’intérêt si ce n’est pas privatiser par le même groupe : piscine, terrasse etc). La piscine est parfaite. La personne qui vient s’occuper du bien + piscine (Kamal) est très agréable et disponible, il n’y a rien à redire. Nous recommandons vivement +++++

Zentral, aber ruhig, familienfreundlich, großzügiges Raumangebot

Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns auch gleich besuchen kamen, um zu sehen, wie es uns geht. Empfangen wurden wir von Kamal, der sich sehr freundlich die ganze Zeit über um uns gekümmert hat und nebenbei ein toller Videoproduzent, Tänzer und DJ ist. Das Haus gehört nicht in die obere Luxusklasse, bietet aber alles, was man braucht, sogar einen kleinen privaten Pool. Das Preis-Leistungsverhätnis ist hervorragend. Man liegt nah am Zentrum von Trou aux biches, mit netten fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants, einem Supermarkt, öffentlichen Strand und der wirklich sympathischen Tauchbasis Pro Dive Mauritius. Der öffentliche Busverkehr ist günstig und die Busse fahren häufig. Man kann auch ohne Auto von hier aus die Insel erkunden. Wir würden gern wiederkommen. Einen großen Dank nochmal an Kamal und die Ramgulams!

Nous allons à Maurice chaque année depuis plus de 15 ans. Nous avons occupé la villa Hibiscus pendant 1 mois 1/2. C'est sincèrement le meilleur rapport Qualité/Prix que nous ayons trouvé. Très belle et très confortable villa. Belle piscine. Les propriétaires Sudesh et Madhvi sont des gens charmants à l'écoute de nos besoins et suggestions. Le très sympathique Kamal s'occupe de l'entretien. Très disponible pour régler le moindre souci et répondre à nos attentes dans la bonne humeur. C'est avec un grand plaisir que nous y retournerons en Janvier 2017 !! Véronique et Yves

Très belle et somptueuse villa, avec pratiquement toutes les commodités nécessaires, très bien entretenue, proche de la mer avec ses restaurants , activités et attractions pour vraiment bien réussir ses vacances.Propriétaire crédible, aimable, très sérieux, toujours à l'écoute de ses clients car sa priorité absolue c'est de devancer les attentes de ses clients, sans oublier Kamal ( l'homme à tout faire ). Je recommanderai chaudement cette villa aux futurs vacanciers qui voudront la réserver.

j ai été victime moi meme d une arnaque de la part de Mr Nunhuck ali ashraf alors etant sur l ile j ai decide d aller a la rencontre du proprietaire de la villa hibiscus Mr Ramgulam qui a repris en main sa maison c est une tres belle villa conforme a la description et Mr Ramgulam est une personne tres gentille digne de confiance (lui meme s est fait avoir par Mr Nunhuck) pour resumer n hésitez pas a louer cette maison et surtout fuyez le nom de Nunhuck!!!

Escroquerie à la location

Je suis étonné de lire le nom du propriétaire car il ne correspond nullement à celui dont j'ai eu affaire (Ashraf Ali Nunhuck). je me pose aussi la question sur les 02 évaluations données !! car la maison se trouve dans une enclave de bâtiment avec bien peu d'espace. Effectivement les photos sont prises de manière à présenter l'inverse. Pour ma petite histoire, ma famille est moi avions loué ce logement et payé du 28/02 au 13/03/2015, le gestionnaire que je cite et qui se disait être le propriétaire nous a logé ailleurs (villa Treetop), rue à coté!!. Cela car d'après ses écrits, les locataires (réunionnais) précédents avaient abusés du sens de l'hospitalité et avaient selon ses propos, insultés les voisins, femmes et enfants. En fait quand j'ai été voir cette location qui ne pouvait plus être loué (procédure en justice), elle était habitée par une famille de réunionnais ... Cela s'appelle de l'escroquerie, nous avons été logé dans une location qui n'en est pas une..... (zéro prestations, pas de wifi, pas de ménage..) pour un coût prohibitif (pas d'ajustement tarifaire, rien) et lors du départ, pas d'état des lieux et adieu la caution. A qui profite le crime ... certainement pas à mes amis mauriciens ni réunionnais.

Comme à la maison

Nous avons passé deux semaines chez M et Mme Ramgulam en février. La maison est exactement comme sur les photos, alors aucune mauvaise surprise. la seule petite remarque est sa position sur le plan: un peu plus loin de la mer, environ 300m Parfaite pour une famille nombreuse comme nous avec nos 5 enfants: la piscine a fait leur bonheur Équipement complet, et très fonctionnel et pour toute question Kamal était toujours disponible On espère pouvoir y retourner Maria et Loïc

Séjour Agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour..L'acceuil est très chaleureux, un propriétaire très sympathique est à notre écoute. La villa est très bien équipée et située dans un quartier calme. Je recommande fortement cette villa car nous avons passé un séjour agréable.
