the peace and quiet!that's what will bring this home located on a large garden of maritime pine, oak and chestnut 2 steps from the ocean and the shops of the nice little village of Jard on sea for bike lovers, the tracks cycling (bike paths Vendée) is at the door of the house. for love ballad on foot, the forest waiting for you and for the sports fitness trail is also whether and evening turn a corner deer may surprise you to the delight of children

Simple mais efficace

Placée dans une impasse, donc hors de la circulation, avec un accès à pied à la plage en passant à travers la forêt, cette petite maison a tout le confort et un terrain assez grand pour ne pas se sentir "chez le voisin".

Très bon accueil. La maison est propre et confortable, le jardin très reposant. Les balades en forêt et les bords de mer sont agréables, belle région. N'hésitez pas à y aller.

Au calme. Assez éloignée du centre ville, besoin vélos (fournis) ou voiture, idem pour la plage de la Mine. Fonctionnelle, suffisamment bien équipée, fraîche si soleil trop présent. Un bon endroit pour séjourner avec un bambin de 2 ans sans se soucier de la sécurité environnante, le jardin arboré fournit à lui seul un terrain d'aventures. Propriétaire sympathique, accueillant et attentionné. Je recommande *****
