This beautiful two-room apartment is located in the heart of the village of Les Arcs 1800 station in the Nova2 building. With a bedroom and an alcove, it has 7 beds. Its large south-facing terrace, on a high floor and not overlooked, will allow you to benefit from an incomparable panorama over the entire Tarentaise valley and the Beaufortain massif.

You have direct access to the slopes and all the shops in the village.
The resort of Les Arcs 1800: one of the largest ski areas in Europe and its very wide range of activities which will allow you to spend unforgettable holidays and will delight young and old alike.

Great Location

We had a very happy stay here. The location is perfect, so easy into the village and slopes. The apartment is comfortable and communications with the owner were easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Geweldige locatie bij de piste

We hebben dit appartement gebruikt voor onze wintersport. De locatie is aan de piste, en naast de Vagere lift. Wij waren met 5 personen (2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen), daar is het groot genoeg voor. Met 5 volwassenen is het waarschijnlijk te krap.Het appartement is goed uitgerust, alle voorzieningen zijn in de keuken zoals koffiezetapparaat en broodrooster dus ideaal. Het enige minpunt waar de eigenaar niets aan kan doen is de temperatuur binnen. Het was ontzettend warm, met name in de nacht, en geen mogelijkheid om dit lager te zetten. Alleen door de deur open te doen kon het wat koeler worden.De eigenaar heeft gedurende de week nog contact opgenomen om te vragen of alles naar wens was, en is ook zeer behulpzaam. Als we nog een keer naar Les Arc gaan zouden we zeker dit appartement nog een keer willen!

L’appartement est situé au pieds des pistes , très bon emplacement. Avec 2 chambres et vue sur la montagne. L’hôte nous a donné toutes les indications sur le logement. Très beaux souvenirs des Arcs 1800.

L'appartement est bien placé au centre de la station mais plusieurs points négatifs : aucune explication pour une arrivée tardive et très difficile à trouver, pas de parking à proximité et compliqué pour décharger les bagages ; L'appartement n'est pas propre malgré des frais de ménage très importants.c'est dommage il pourrait être super !

Vous disposiez de l’adresse et des coordonnées de l’Agence pour le remise de clés et je vous avais bien indiqué l’existence du protocole de remise de clés après fermeture de l’Agence ! Également il est a tout à fait possible de décharger au pied même de l’immeuble puis de garer le véhicule au parking ! Enfin je fais mon enquête sur le menage, car votre information me soucie. Quelques photos illustrant l’état à l’arrivée seraient bien appréciables ! Désolée encore.

Appartement idéal bien que desservi par sa literie

L’appartement dispose de grands atouts pour passer une excellente semaine au ski : une localisation imbattable au pied des pistes et à proximité des commerces, une vue magnifique sur la vallée de la Tarentaise et un appartement parfaitement fonctionnel. On regrettera néanmoins la literie qui rend le séjour bien moins agréable.

Appartement confortable et bien situé

Nous avons passé une super semaine aux arc. L'appartement est bien situé, agréable, jolie vue, assez calme. Il manquait juste une précision sur le nécessaire de base présent sur place (aucune base alimentaire sur place comme huile et sel, pas d'essuie de vaisselle, pas de bon couteaux de cuisine, pas de papier toilette). A par cela tout était très bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous allons remédier aux manque de couteaux bien aiguisés et de papier toilette à l’arrivée. Concernant les consommables, les équipes de ménage des Arcs ont pour consigne de tout retirer, afin que l’expérience soit uniforme et non dépendante des locataires précédents. Overall we were very happy with the property. The owners were very helpful prior to arrival explaining where to get the keys/what time etc. On arrival it was a very simple process to check in which took a few minutes. Everything you need is available at the apartment. WIFI coverage was good all week. Plenty of hot water. Heating was excellent. Everything worked fine. Overall I highly recommend this apartment.

amazing location and well-kitted out apartment

The apartment is superbly located for the Ski-School - only a 5-7 minutes' walk! We are a family of 4 and stayed very comfortably for a week here. It has a lovely bright balcony, a very well kitted-out kitchen (we had friends over for meals and never ran out of cooking pots or cutlery!), separate bathroom and toilet. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Concierge was convenient for renting linen and helped with early checkout. Very happy with our experience and would love to return!

Close to the slopes and town centre

This was a lovely apartment with easy access to the ESF building and lifts. Two genuinely separate bedrooms and plenty of storage. The balcony looks towards the town and slopes. Access to load and unload is up a small road signposted “Nova”. We would definitely recommend this apartment for 6 people.

Appartement situé dans la résidence Nova, la description faite dans l'annonce est en concordance avec l'appartement. Appartement bien agencé avec l'essentiel à disposition, propre. Très bien situé, la grande terrasse permet de profiter des derniers rayons de soleil de la journée de part son exposition. Echange de clés, prise en main et sortie du logement très bien. A 50m du front de neige et départ des remontées mécaniques. Très bon séjour passé entre amis, et merci encore pour la flexibilité des dates. A refaire rapidement
