An old house renovated in 1992. Swimming-pool 5mx9m.Garden 5000 m2.Splendid view over the Luberon mountains.Very calm location in the countryside, with the center of Apt at only 5-10 minutes by car. The larger city of Avignon is about 50 minutes away and Aix en Provence 70 minutes

superbe maison au calme en plein coeur du lubéron

La maison est tres agréable, beaucoup de cachet, une tres belle cuisine tres bien équipée et deux belles chambres avec lits double plus une chambre avec lits superposés. La vue est très belle depuis les chambre et depuis la terrasse ombragée sous la vigne vierge la piscine est très agréable et le jardin rafraichissant à l'ombre de platanes centenaires. Les voisins sont éloignés tout en étant a 5 minutes en voiture du centre d'Apt! N'oubliez pas d'aller visiter le producteur en contrebas pour acheter vos melons, peches, courgette, tomates, abricotys...!
