It consists of:

The residence has a beautiful swimming pool located 10 meters from the apartment. With a solarium around the pool.

Very quiet flat in Llanca, easy to find and close to the beach. I came for the second time and each time everything was always clean. Everything is provided for the stay, kitchen appliances, TV, large sofa, lots of tableware to try Spanish food ! Beautiful sea view from the balcony.

Mixed conclusion

To start with the positive: The complex is a little long in the tooth, but well maintained and has a beautifully situated pool in a tree-lined courtyard. There is a parking directly in front of the house with a lockable gate. The complex is quite central situated and was very quiet during the time of our stay in early/mid April. The flat itself is modern and functionally furnished with a lately renovated bathroom. The balcony has a beautiful view through trees to the sea and the mountains. The arrival information provided by the owner was complete and easy to understand. In our case, the handover of the keys was contactless and also unproblematic. Less positive: The (children's) room with the bunk beds is an interior room, which means without an outside window, but only with a door and a small window to the living room. This is not unusual in Spain, but in our opinion it should have been mentioned in the description. In addition, this room was uninhabitable during our stay due to damp walls and extensive mould stains. We came to terms with the situation and our son slept on a mattress in the living room during our stay. We are well aware that the deficiencies could not be remedied overnight. However, we were particularly disappointed by the owner's reaction. After we had described the situation and sent photos, there was only a short thankful answer with the announcement to take care of a solution. By the time we left, there was no response until we asked again, after we had already left. There was no concession in the rental price, although it had been announced. The flat is rented without final cleaning - here you are dependent on the thoroughness of the previous tenant. In our case, the result was OK, but we would have liked to know this particularity in advance. For the final cleaning it would have been helpful if there had been a hoover.

Erstaunlich wie gut die Wohnung auf den Bilder ausgesehen hat. Die RealitĂ€t sieht leider ganz enttĂ€uschend aus. Die 2 Schlafzimmer extrem beengt und in beiden leider Schimmel an den WĂ€nden.Der Lattenrost im großen Bett hat sich bei der kleinsten Bewegung verabschiedet (Latte fĂŒr Latte aus dem Gestell gefallen). Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert und der Vermieter hat auf das Anschreiben nicht reagiert. Couch total versifft mit einem großen Urinfleck (der Geruch ist in der ganzen Wohnung wahrnehmbar)Nicht funktionierende LĂŒftung und nicht abschließbares Bad. Duschkopf total verkalkt, Beschichtung auf der Handbrause löste sich ab. Waschmaschine verdreckt, in der Dichtung hat sich etwas graues, gelartiges gesammelt. Ein winziges Gestell zum WĂ€sche aufhĂ€ngen, welches nur noch durch Kabelbinder zusammengehalten wird.Fazit: Man freut sich wieder auf Zuhause!

C’est la premiĂšre fois que je loue via votre site Abritel, trĂšs déçue, j’ai l’habitude de louer sur d ‘ autre sites 
.je n’ai jamais eu de problĂšme avec ces sites!!! Sur les photos de votre site, l’appartement donner envie, mais quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s nous avons vite dĂ©chantĂ© 
.un appartement horriblement sale, j’ai contactĂ© plusieurs fois le propriĂ©taire, il m’a remboursĂ© une nuit c’est-Ă -dire 90 . Nous avons passĂ© une semaine Ă©pouvantable. je suis trĂšs déçu et j’ai les photos Ă  l’appui. Je ne ferais pas la pub pour Abritel et je ne pense plus louer via votre site. Dommage

- Wegbeschreibung miserabel - Zahlencode der SchlĂŒsselbox bei der Ankunft war schon eingestellt. Was bedeutet jeder hĂ€tte den SchlĂŒssel einfach herausnehmen können -ErklĂ€rungen nur auf französisch Auch ErklĂ€rungen zur Nutzung der Wohnung (Englisch wĂ€re wĂŒnschenswert) - Keine BettwĂ€sche steht nur im Kleingedruckten - gelbe Flecken auf den Bettdecken - das Schlafzimmer geht nicht zu weil es so klein ist dass die TĂŒr gegen das Bett stĂ¶ĂŸt - Badezimmer nicht abschließbar - Wasser im Waschbecken lĂ€uft nicht ab - allgemein kein warmes Wasser weder an der SpĂŒle noch in der Dusche. !!!Auf zweimalige Nachfrage beim Vermieter per Mail kam keine Antwort !!! - Kein Halterung fĂŒr Klopapier - bei "beliebte Annehmlichkeiten" steht Whirlpool, den gibt es nicht - die Wohnung war grundlegend dreckig man sieht, dass sie von Mieter zu Mieter weitergegeben wird ohne, dass dazwischen einmal extern grundgereinigt wird

Comme beaucoup il nous Ă©tĂ© difficile de trouver la location car le GPS l’indique de l’autre cĂŽtĂ© de la route vers Port de la Selva. Dans ce sens c’est Ă  droite et il ne faut pas indiquer non plus RĂ©sidence des Calanques, il faut juste chercher la carrer Victor Catala et c’est Ă  l’angle de la rue. Quant Ă  la piscine, elle est juste dans l’immeuble d’en face
 on la voit bien mais il faut traverser la route
 Sinon dans la location , le contrĂŽle d’un Ă©lectricien serait bienvenu , la prise Ă©lectrique au dessus de la plaque chauffante est inutilisable , celle de la cabine des enfants est desemboitee. Un petit coup de mĂ©nage dans les escaliers ne serait pas de trop non plus. Sinon nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour car les randonnĂ©es sont belles

Sehr schmutzig!

Bei Ankunft, war das Appartment nicht geputzt. Überall MĂŒll, Essensreste, verschmutzter KĂŒhlschrank, Haare in den Betten, Urin in der Toilette. Wir mussten selbst putzen. Es kam niemand. Wir haben bis heute die versprochene EntschĂ€digung nicht erhalten. Nie wieder!!!

Le parking est appréciable et sécurisé. Le logement est correct mais il est regretable de ne croiser personne a l'arrivee ou au depart. La proprete depend donc du precedent locataire. Bon emplacement pour faire un sejour velo.

L appartement vraiment honteux les aleses ,les oreillers trés sales ,la poussiÚre sur la table du salon . le sommier a lattes du lit 140X190 vraiment du matériel bas de gamme . les murs moisis enfin c est la 1ERE fois que je tombe sur une location aussi négligée . De plus nous et l agence abritel appelle l hote qui nous raccroche au nez .
