Cute and pleasant house with very bright living room opening onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden (600 m2), located in a quiet environment, close to the cycle paths. (at the foot of the cycle lane of the village of Vielle. This makes it possible to make the junction between the coastal track and the "Lo Camin de Hè" track, inside the town of Vielle.) It also leads to the lake.
Lette Blanche beach (ocean) 10 mins by car
Near Lake Vielle / Léon (2 kms), the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve (descent of the current proposed by the boatmen of Léon)
Free shuttle (700 m) to the lake or the beach of St Girons (in season)

Perfekt

Alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Es fehlte an nichts (Wohnen und Kochen), alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super unkompliziert und auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert und es gab gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Wir haben es extrem genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans une maison très propre, bien équipée, avec un jardin clos pour notre chien. Les environs sont calmes avec possibilité de promenade à pieds ou à vélo, dans l'odeur des pins des Landes. Il y a également des belles grandes plages de sable fin, accessibles en peu de temps en voiture et qui autorisent les chiens. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et fiables donc, je recommande cette location sans hésiter !

Séjour très sympathique à proximité des plages landaises

Nous avons apprécié la qualité des équipements, la propreté, l'isolation, l’emplacement relativement central pour accéder aux plages landaises, la proximité du lac de Léon. Les propriétaires ont été extrêmement réactifs et aimables. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de commerces accessibles facilement à pied (sauf erreur de notre part), et que le voisin est extrêmement désagréable. Hormis cela, nous recommandons tout à fait cette location, et n'hésiterions pas à y revenir à l'occasion !

aucune critique à faire tout correspond à l'annonce jolie maison avec terrasse et entourée d'un jardin bien clos dans une rue tranquille les plages ne sont pas trop loin, les commerces et restaurant non plus la proprétaire très aimable

Très bon séjour

La maison est située dans un petit quartier pavillonnaire calme mais non loin du centre de Vieille et de sa plage ou encore de son Etang ainsi que d'autres villes plutôt animées comme Leon (faisable à vélo). La maison est bien équipée et les propriétaires agréables. Le coin est très sympa, nous avons donc beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Je recommande..

Mauvaise surprise

Les raisons de mes critiques sur cette location : Environnement assez bruyant : la route des lacs , très fréquentée passe tout près. Les voisins et les agents municipaux ont fait des travaux bruyants presque tous les jours pendant des heures, La propriétaire a fait un chantage à la caution : en résumé « si vous ne mettez pas un avis favorable sur Abritel je ne vous rend pas la caution » En invoquant des dégradations imaginaires qu'elle a été incapable de me citer alors que nous avons payé le forfait de ménage, que la porte du frigo était cassée et moisie à notre arrivée. Elle n'avait d'ailleurs pas voulu faire un état des lieux.(j'aurai dû me méfier) J'ai fait l'erreur de louer la deuxième semaine sans passer par Abritel et elle en a profité pour se permettre ce genre de comportement. ;je peux vous fournir le mail reçu pour prouver mes dires.

Simple et efficace

Depuis notre arrivée jusqu'au départ nous avons apprécié cette jolie maison. Le calme du quartier, les petits déjeuners sur la belle terrasse, la situation par rapport à la plage, la proximité des commerces ... tout est rassemblé pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les gentils propriétaires sont à la fois discrets mais présent pour toute question. La maison est bien équipée, il ne manque rien, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Erholsame Woche verbracht

Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Sehr nette Vermieter. Das gepflegte und saubere Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und zum Meer oder zum Lac Léon ist es nicht weit.

Traumhafte Ferien

Die Gegend und das Ferienhaus sind absolut perfekt für einen abenteuerreichen und erholsamen Urlaub für Mensch und Hund. Das Haus ist gut gepflegt, sauber geputzt und funktional sowie modern eingerichtet. Der Garten ist vollständig eingezäunt, so dass unsere Hunde den Garten frei geniessen konnten. Die Nachbarn und die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil: Der Elektrogrill ist nicht wirklich brauchbar. Wer also mit einem Holzkohle grillieren möchte, sollte sich nach einem Haus ohne Holzveranda umsehen. Ansonsten kann ich das Haus nur empfehlen :-).

Chouette maison a proximité du village Léon ou un marche quotidien vous propose des produits du terroir .piste cyclable pour pleins de destination, l océan à côte, un confort de qualité , quartier calme ,et animaux en sécurité . Je remercie Mme David de nous avoir accueillis dans sa maison .

Une maison très agréable un confort de qualités avec de l électroménagers suffisant . un quartier calme près de Léon village familiale ou un marcher quotidien vous propose des produits du terroir . l océan est a cote un petit tour de vélo et nous étions enchanté d être dans cette maison qui de plus accepte les animaux qui sont en toute sécurité vu que la propriété est entièrement clôturée . Enfin je recommande cette maison Mme DAVID est forte acqueillante.je la remercie de nous avoir accueillis .

Tom and Kay's lovely relaxing stay in Laurence and Jean-Bernard's chalet

Spent a lovely ten days in this well appointed modern chalet in the tranquil setting of Vielle-San-Girons. Enjoyed eating out on the beautiful decked veranda, and chilling out in the deckchairs in the garden. Both Laurence and Jean-Bernard extremely helpful and friendly hosts.

Sommerferien 2015

Wir durften wunderbare Sommerferien mit zwei Hunden in diesem tollen Ferienhaus erleben. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist alles in gutem Zustand. Auf der Veranda hat man einen schönen Ausblick. In nächster Nähe findet man alles was man so braucht (Einkaufsladen, Restaurants, See und Meer usw.). Wir können dieses Haus und die tolle Umgebung nur empfehlen.

Déçus

Malgré un séjour fort agréable dans cette région absolument magnifique, nous avons été déçus par la maison qui ne présentait que le strictement minimum au niveau confort. Avec deux enfants qui devaient partager le même lit, pas évident. Que 2 lampes de chevets et 2 tables de nuit... Pour 4 personnes c'est bof. Impossible de recevoir des amis car vaisselle au minimum. Vraiment trop fonctionnel. Et pas barrière de sécurité sur les portes fenêtre, si enfants en bas âge... Bref trop fonctionnel. Point positif: endroit très calme et propre.

Location confortable

Maison dans une résidence paisible pour passer des congés reposants. Propriétaire très accueillant et arrangeant Très propre, avec tout le confort souhaité, conforme à la description de l'annonce. Région à découvrir - La proximité de plusieurs plages est un plus. A recommander sans hésiter.

Agréable séjour!!!

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.La maison est très bien entretenue et bien équipée. Elle est bien située. Malgré un temps pas toujours clément, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse qui est très agréable. Le quartier est plutôt calme. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Donc, nous recommandons cette location sans problème.
