Maison joliment décorée, très agréable à vivre et parfaitement située pour profiter de Hourtin Port et Hourtin Bourg. L’extérieur est agréable par tout temps et appelle à la détente. Il manquerait juste quelques équipements pour que ce soit parfait.

Maison très agréable et bien située

La maison est agréable: une pièce à vivre agréable et lumineuse, une cuisine avec tout ce qu’il faut, une belle déco. Famille de 4 dont deux grands ados et nous avions chacun notre espace. La terrasse couverte avec le salon de jardin est vraiment appréciable d’autant plus que le jardin est entouré de haies qui garantissent l’intimité. Seul bémol est le bruit fait par la résidence de jeunes en colonies mais c’est seulement de jour. Nous retenons pour nos prochaines vacances!

Formidable maison de vacances

Super séjour dans cette très jolie maison : chaleureuse , bien équipée, nous avons adoré la terrasse et le jardin. Proche du port , à 15 minutes de l’océan et 5 minutes des commerces en voiture . Merci à David pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses conseils.

Maison très formidable !

Wir sind sehr herzlich von David empfangen worden. Er hat sich uns gegenüber sehr kulant und gastfreundlich gezeigt. Man findet das Haus vor, wie es beschrieben wurde. Liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, in Nähe befindet sich auch ein französisches Sommer-Jugendcamp, daher gibt es eine kleine Geräuschkulisse, die aber keinesfalls unangenehm/laut ist. Gern wieder!

Schönes Haus zum Entspannen

Wir haben die Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus von David sehr genossen. Die Veranda ist fantastisch und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Feriendorf UCPA ist zwar gut zu hören und ab und zu recht laut, aber ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig und privat auf dem.Grundstück. die beiden Räder sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, für den Weg zum Bäcker und in den Ort reichten sie aber völlig aus. Hourtin ist super zum Einkaufen, der See fußläufig erreichbar und die Atlantikstrände sowie die Weingegend im Medoc auch gut erreichbar.

Erholsame Ferien am Wasser

Wir sind mit unseren beiden fast erwachsenen Kindern verreist und waren sehr glücklich darüber , dass in dem Sportraum neben dem Haus noch ein gemütliches Schlafsofa stand und so jedes Kind einen eigenen Raum hatte. Trotz großer Hitze blieb das Haus lange kühl. In der nahen Umgebung konnte man Radfahren, schwimmen im See um die Ecke, gut essen und im Garten lesen und einkaufen. Gestört hat nur manchmal das Jugendcamp gegenüber, das oft morgens und spät abends mit lauter Musik und Motivationsgebrüll die Nachbarschaft genervt hat.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit gepflegtem Garten.... wundervoll

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Bei traumhaftem Wetter verbrachten wir eine entspannte Zeit. Das Ferienhaus und auch der schöne kleine Fitnessraum sind sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einfach zum wohlfühlen gemacht und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nahe am Hourtin Port gelegen, zum Meer Hourtin Plage mit dem Auto 15 Minuten gut erreichbar. Manchmal war es in der Nachbarschaft etwas laut am Abend. Trotzdem haben wir uns im Haus, wie auch im wunderschönen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank auch an David, ein sehr zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung

Sehr schönes Haus, sorgsam gestaltet. Uns hat insbesondere die Loggia gefallen. David ist freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auf tollen Wegen abseits der Straßen in ca. 1h (mit Kindern) am Meer. Der See in unmittelbarer Nähe ist extrem flach, gut geeignet für Kleinkinder, eher nicht zum Schwimmen. UCPA in den Sommerferien in guter Hörweite…

Gut gelegenes und einzigartig eingerichtetes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, hübscher Garten zum Draussen essen, tolles Nebenhäuschen für die Kinder zum Spielen oder für ein Work out. Die Lage ist super, wir konnten fast alles mit dem Fahrrad ereichen. Der See ist mit Kleinkind in 5min erreichbar, bis Hourtin Plage sind es ca. 30min mit einem Fahhrad und zum Markt in Hourtin Dorf hat es einen Fahrradweg (ca. 10min). Am Wochenende hat man die Nachbarn gehört, ansonsten war es sehr ruhig. David hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Bedürfnisse reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Parfait avec enfants

Maison jolie, agréable, pratique et bien située. La cuisine est bien équipée. Nous avons peu profité de l’extérieur car il a beaucoup plu mais le terrain est agréable et clos. Tout à fait adapté avec 1 enfant de 5 ans et un bébé. David a été disponible pour nous conseiller. Je recommande.
