More than we expected

This appartement has a beautiful view on the sea. For two persons, it is spacious enough. The host was very friendly and kindly gave us advise were to go and not to go. All in all, we were very happy and most certainly will return.

Very comfortable apartment in centre of the town

Great place to stay right in the centre of town. Only meters away from the Restaurants and Mini-Supermarket. We always like Villers and enjoy looking for fossils around the Vache Noir. The bar/brasserie on the other side of the road can be a little noisy but was shut for 2 nights so it didn't worry us at all. There are a lot of stairs as the living part is on the top floor and bedrooms underneath. Beds are comfortable and there is enough kitchen equipment to keep chefs happy we mainly eat out so didn't turn on the cooker.

Thank you very much. Villers is a little living town which might be sometimes a bit noisy specially when there are particular events (national feast...). The apartment is well located: near the sea as well as in the centre. It can be a choice of the visitors to be near everything.It is easy to live.Hope to welcome you again at Villers!

Nous avons passé quelques merveilleux jours à Villers-sur-Mer dans un appartement magnifique, lumineux, central, confortable. Le grand séjour cuisine avec vue sur mer et sur les centre de Villers est sublime, et les chambres sont très confortables. Claude est très sympa. elle nous a attendu (nous avions du retard), elle a donné toutes les indications nécessaires. L'appartement étant central, tout est à proximité. La mer au bout de la rue...Merci encore pour l'accueil et ce magnifique séjour. Nous comptons revenir souvent...Anne-Carine

L’arrivée un peu décevante car dans les poubelles du restaurant d’à cote .. très jolie pièce de vie mais chambres un peu petites . Réveils matinaux en raison de la sortie des poubelles mais jolie vue sur la mer et sur le clocher de l’église … très bon accueil d’Hervé vraiment charmant et attentif ..globalement nous sommes satisfaits

If you don't mind stairs, this is your place. On 3rd and 4th floor of building in town center. Beach is a 3 minute walk. Fresh banquettes around the corner.

Séjour au calme, Vivez Villers sur mer !

Quelques jours hors de la capitale, nous venons souvent à Villers pour le calme et la sérénité qu'apporte ce village de bord de mer. L'appartement est parfaitement fonctionnel, la pièce à vivre est magnifique. Proche de toutes commodités, à 2 minutes de l'eau. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. De plus la communication avec les propriétaires est extrêmement facile, tout est fait en sorte pour que notre arrivée et notre séjour se déroule au mieux. Individuelle Wohnung im belebten Altstadtviertel

Direkt an einem der belebtesten Plätze von Villers sur mer liegt diese individuelle ca. 60 qm große Wohnung in einem historischen, sanierten Haus aus dem Jahr 1900. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. In der ersten Etage, die man nach 40 Stufen erreicht, befinden sich zwei Schlafräume, sowie das Bad. Nach weiteren 18 Stufen erreicht man das Wohnstudio unter dem Dach; von hier aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick über die Stadt und auf das Meer. TV, DVD, Radio ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Leider werden keine Handtücher und keine Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Bilder geben den Flair der schönen Wohnung gut wieder. Das Haus liegt direkt an der verkehrsberuhigten Durchgangsstraße D513. Unmittelbar vor der Haustür befinden sich acht Bars und Restaurants mit lebhafter Außengastronomie, sowie zwei Bäcker zwei Pizza Lieferservice und ein Supermarkt etc. Man kann sich also direkt vor Ort gut versorgen ohne ein Auto zu benötigen, allerdings verursacht sowohl der Verkehr als auch die Gastronomie einen gewissen Geräuschpegel, der bei offenen Fenstern bis in das Dachgeschoss reicht. Ebenfalls gelangen beim Lüften häufiger die Gerüche der Gastronomie in die Wohnung, mal klebrig-süß nach Backwaren, mal fettig-herb nach Gebratenem. Im "Bistro chez Yo" gegenüber versammeln sich bis 1:00 Uhr morgens die Nachtschwärmer des Ortes, wenn die übrige Gastronomie bereits geschlossen hat. Die Altstadt ist im Bereich der Wohnung - wie oft in Frankreich - die ganze Nacht hell erleuchtet. Da die Räume jedoch nur über Vorhänge und keine Außenrollladen verfügen, lassen sich die Schlafzimmer in der Nacht nicht vollständig verdunkeln. Durch Innenstadtlage verfügt die Wohnung über keinen eigenen Parkplatz. In direkter Nähe sind aber reichlich Parkplätze in den Straßen vorhanden, welche jedoch in der Saison (Juli und August) 25 € am Tag kosten. In ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreicht man auch kostenlose Parkplätze, z.B. Richtung Tennisplatz. Fazit: Die Wohnung ist eher für Gäste geeignet, die im Urlaub auch etwas Trubel lieben und über einen festen Schlaf verfügen, als für jene, die Ruhe suchen.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit tollem Blick und praktischen Einschränkungen

Villers sur mer ist ein Ort mit Charme und Unterhaltungswert, und die Wohnung ist mitten drin, am zentralen Platz. Man schaut von oben auf den ganzen Trubel und hat einen sensationellen Blick aus dem Ort auf das Meer. Wir fanden es toll! Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen von großer Unterschiedlichkeit. Die Untere besteht aus zwei etwas engen Schlafzimmern und einem noch engeren Bad, die Obere aus einem einzigen, großen, wunderbaren „Turmzimmer“ mit vielen Fenstern, das Küche, Eßzimmer und Wohnzimmer in sich vereint. Kritisch anmerken muss man die generell geringen Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für die mitgebrachten Klamotten und den üblichen Urlaubskrimskrams, die lausige Küchenausstattung, insbesonderen das Geschirr und den vielleicht modernen, aber völlig unpraktischen „Hochtisch“ samt Barhockern, statt eines ganz normalen Esstisches.

Merveilleux!

Un appartement plein de charme, meublé avec goût en plein centre mais sans nuisance. Les pièces sont lumineuses et la vue de la mer au petit-déj est un plus indéniable. Les lits sont confortables. Tout y est pour passer un séjour agréable dans une station balnéaire tranquille mais vivante. Les propriétaires sont prévenants et s'inquiètent à distance pour savoir si tout va bien. C'était parfait et nous avons envie d'y revenir.
