Old house completely rebuilt 3 year ago, any comfort on 2 levels, 4 independent bedrooms, 2 of 18 mÂČ, large kitchen fully equipped with dining area. 3 bathroom / shower, separate toilet. Terrace and garden of about 500 mÂČ. Private parking for 2-3 cars. Very quiet, located in a small village of 900 inhabitants in southern Oise area. Main shops on site. Many activities all around. A 3/4 hour from Paris and Disneyland and 1/2 hour from Parc Asterix and Villepinte. Many forests all around. Housse classified 4 stars.

Paris Olympics stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Baron. It was a short drive to the train station (free parking) and easy to catch the train to Paris to enjoy the Olympic events. The house was very comfortable and Hugues was very helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend this property.

Good stay!

Very nice house in a nice village near Paris, Disney and other nice outings. The owner is very nice and took the time to tell us the whereabouts of the area. A point of attention is the cleanliness of the kitchen. Also, because of the road you will hear a lot of traffic (also airplanes flying over). Nothing the owner can fix, but good to know. Inspite of that we had a lovely stay!

Top quality place

We spend 4 days with 8 persons and a baby in this beautiful and spotless clean house. It was our base to go to Paris and Disney. And the joy of the house did not matter the 40 minutes drive to Paris. Anything you can imagine is there it was surprising. The owner Huges is a nice person and very helpfull. Because of newyear he welcomed us with a nice bottle of champagne. We will recommand this place to our friends. Ger and Carry Kohlmeijer, the Netherlands, january 2016.

Die Unterkunft ist fĂŒr einen Erholungsurlaub mit Familie und fĂŒr Menschen, die es ruhig mögen, sehr gut geeignet. Das GebĂ€ude ist schön geschnitten, allerdings inzwischen an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas renovierungsbedĂŒrftig.

Vakantiehuis ten noorden van Parijs

Mooi onderkomen op uurtje rijden van Parijs. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Vriendelijke gastheer die ons welkom heette en het huis liet zien. Ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen, zoals Chantilly en Senlis. Maar ook prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Parijs.

Nice Spacious Home

Our stay in Baron was very enjoyable and much appreciated. The rustic house was charming and the private grounds restful after busy days of sightseeing nearby. The agreeable host Hugues was very helpful and the house was well equipped for our needs. We would definitely recommend this rental and the pleasant village of Baron.

Nette schone volledige vakantiewoning

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf, alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben is voor handen in de woning. Zeer netjes en schoon. Gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en makkelijk te bereiken. Rustige omgeving maar een goede basis om de omgeving en Parijs te bezoeken.

La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able, lumineuse, les chambres sont grandes, la cuisine spacieuse et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et le jardin toujours ensoleillĂ© ! C’est tout de mĂȘme un peu bruyant, beaucoup de camions et voitures passent dans la rue devant la maison. L’accueil est excellent !

Jolie maison mais extérieur bruyant

TrĂšs jolie façade, de nombreuses touches d’attention, une bibliothĂšque fournie pour des prĂ©-adolescents et adultes (fournitures de base cuisine et sdb notamment). Belle maison spacieuse. Communication agrĂ©able avec le propriĂ©taire. Nous avons moins aimĂ© la route trĂšs passante devant la maison, l’amĂ©nagement du jardin avec des buissons au milieu ainsi que le vis Ă  vis avec les voisins (le propriĂ©taire) du fait d’un grillage semi-opaque et d’espaces sans vĂ©gĂ©tation. Les barbecues n’étaient pas en Ă©tat d’ĂȘtre utilisĂ©s. Bilan mitigĂ© pour nous donc, qui Ă©tions en manque de vie Ă  l’extĂ©rieur aprĂšs 3 mois de confinement. Bonne continuation Ă  Monsieur Parmentier.

Prima verblijf!

De woning is ruim en verzorgd ingericht. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Een goede rustige basis om van daaruit Parijs en Disneyland te bezoeken. Het meubilair is eenvoudig en kan verbeterd worden. Er kunnen kosten voor energie bijkomen en ook voor schoonmaak (indien u het niet zelf schoongemaakt achterlaat). De tuin is prettig en er is ruimte voor zeker twee auto's op het terrein.

Ein paar schöne Tage in der NÀhe von Paris, Parc Asterix und la mer de sables

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem freistehenden, ruhigen Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Zur BĂ€ckerei ist es nicht weit und viele interessante Ziele sind schnell zu erreichen. Bei schönem Wetter lĂ€dt der kleine Garten zu einem Kaffee oder Essen ein.

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able oĂč nous avons passĂ© quelques jours. IntĂ©rieur trĂšs convivial et bien agencĂ©. Tout le confort moderne dans la cuisine et les salles de bain. Un petit jardin pour profiter des derniers jours de beaux temps avec bbq et chaises longues. Le propriĂ©taire est des plus sympathique. Lieu que je recommande sans hĂ©sitation

Lovely property, lovely area, lovely people

The house is clean and spacious. We found our double bed large and comfortable although our daughter found her single bed a little hard. But with a choice of 1 double and 3 twins, there is plenty of choice! There are ample grounds with several seating areas and a BBQ outside. Hughes was very helpful and welcoming. The house is situated in a small village which contains a bakery, small shop, pub/restuarant and butcher but beware of some sporadic opening hours and just about everything is shut on a Sunday. If you want a busy holiday close to lots of attractions this might not be your best choice(although Disney is only around 45 minutes away). For a quiet and peaceful time integrating with the very friendly locals it is absolutely ideal. You are also close to the lovely town of Senlis, the excellent fromagerie in Meaux and easily within reach of the Champagne region. Overall an excellent break and I would thoroughly recommend the house which is very comfortable with all amenities. Just one word of warning. You are expected to clean the house yourself before you leave otherwise you are charged 50 Euros. This caused a little bit of a problem for us because we were out very late the night before we left and had to then get up early the next morning to do the cleaning and packing in time for a morning departure.

Very clean , all amenities that you could think of.

We were a family of eight staying at this house and were easily accommodated with the space.Beautiful country side, close to the train to take into Paris , which was what we did.A great bakery in the village and an hour and a bit drive to Vimy rige.The owner was very helpful and welcoming.He even had a tray of welcome goodies for us! Would highly recommend this beautiful house.
