About this property

Ideal Old Naples location. Walking distance to everything you'd need or want !!

Marcia and I (Gene) will get you totally informed as how to best enjoy this condo and the highlights of the area. It's a Two level condo that is recently redecorated for a Florida feel . A beach like Jimmy Buffet feel is here. Fully furnished and ready to go . Internet and cable will make you happy!!

Sleeps 4 but could handle 6 . It's a bedroom on each level . Adjacent to a Marina! Pool , hot tub and gas grilling area!

Look at google maps closely and you'll see this is actually on on island. Inland waterway is a half hour boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. 20 minute walk down historic 5th Av to the Gulf. Very fun people watching at the Naples pier.

In Jan , Feb and March the unit can be rented for less than 30 days to 3 different rentals ONLY. So book ASAP if you want unit for less than 30 days . Call gene 612 875 4466 with questions. .

Condo has lower and upper level. Lower at ground level has a 'tuck under' parking space .This is the level you'd enter thru most often . Key we give you is for this lower level door. Also is an upper level entry door. A spiral stair case is how you get from one level to the next.

I'll be sending a ''things to do in Naples' list we've compiled over many years . It's our favorites list and includes restaurants,walking routes, best bkft. beaches, etc.

Also a beach parking permit can be obtained at city hall ( those buggers charge $50 for it). With out it you may have trouble getting parking at the beach.

5th Av is the active part of Old Naples for good restaurants and shopping. Another popular area is 3RD St shops area. Also good shopping and restaurants. Campiellos is our favorite there.

The condo itself is fully furnished! Shirt ,pants and a swimsuit is all you really need. The community pool is nice and has a hot tub also.

With all the traffic in Naples at peak season times this condo location is ideal. You can walk to all you'd need : shops restaurants,beaches, boating,trolley rides .etc etc.
An elevator is available at the far end of the building for handicap issues .

Excellent location, close to everything in Naples' downtown district

The main (first) floor of the condo was very nice and perfect for our needs. The location of the condo is excellent and close to the charming downtown Old Naples district. I wish we would have known that the condo was split up on two floors and that there was a very narrow spiral staircase to get from the car port (on ground floor) up to the main floor (located on first floor). My husband (who has mobility issues) had a very tough time getting up and down the spiral staircase; and it was not easy getting suitcases and groceries up to the main floor. The second bedroom with the twin beds is located on the ground floor (below the main floor). The photos do not show the spiral staircase. The pool was well maintained and lovely, and the people in the complex are very friendly.

Wonderful Holiday Retreat

This clean and nicely decorated condo was perfect for our family of 4. The property owner was very accessible and provided plenty of instructions and great suggestions. Would highly recommend to other small families who want a condo near anything you’d like to do in Naples.

Stuck on the stairs.

Comfortable property, nice people, and fully supplied kitchen. Only complaint is there was no key for the second floor door. One of the party staying there had a problem with the spiral staircase. We waited until they left through the second floor door and locked it and took the spiral staircase.

We enjoyed our stay! We love all that the area near the Beau Mer condos has to offer. Everything that we needed was available when we walked into the condo. Love how there is so much fun within walking distance! Appreciate how Gene, the owner. is always available to address any concerns that may come up.

Nice, clean, basic condo in a great location

I believe it is important to tell renters that there is a very narrow winding staircase in the condo to get to the main floor. We entered from the downstairs bedroom and needed to unload our suitcases before carrying them upstairs. Also there is no way to "close off" the bedroom downstairs from the living area. Overall it was very nice.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach and all types of shops and restaurants on 5th. Short drive to the mall and other activities. A lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained condo!

Great location (right by 5th Ave., and a 20 minute walk to the beach; plus the pool is right outside your door), and a very comfortable and nicely taken care of space. Gene also answered any questions we had right away, but we had very few questions, since everything was so nicely prepared. A delightful place to stay.

Beautiful well maintained two level condo next to the Naples Sailing and Yacht Club.

Spotless two bedroom two bath condo with parking at the door. Short walk to restaurants and shops at Tin City, and only a five minutes drive to the truly charming center of old Naples. Great experience!

A convenient, well appointed space, would definitely return.

We travel mostly as a party of 3 (wife & adult daughter). This unit offered 2 bedrooms on separate floors, which made for optimal privacy. The unit was also spacious, offered a nice view of a marina, was within a few blocks of 5th avenue, had a pleasant pool area and was stocked with all the beach gear one could ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beau Mer.

Outstanding location and comfortable condo

The location is great to get to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Condo is cozy, clean, and met our basic needs. Close to pool, spa and BBQ grills. Owners were extremely professional and made the visit very easy. The complex and condo are a bit older, but well kept. Steep spiral staircase wasn't an issue for us but might be for someone with physical limitations. Had a great time.

Friendly and Relaxing Atmosphere

We had a very enjoyable time during our stay. The condo is very comfortable and has all the amenities you could want. The pool and the grounds are well maintained and very friendly residents. We walked every morning through Olde Naples down to the beach and back with beautiful homes along the way. After a harsh winter up North, just the warm weather tonic needed to thaw out. Have reserved same time for next year already.

Great place to stay for new retirees!

We really enjoyed our time in Naples. Gene and Marcia were very accommodating and left us with several ideas for places to go and things to do! We really enjoyed our day at Stan's ... great recommendation. Your place was very ideal and very comfortable for two newly retirees. We are a very active and love to play tennis, go to the beach and bike... We were close to all places. The people were very friendly around the pool. Great sunsets from the door!

Perfect Location!

My husband, adult granddaughter, and I appreciated Gene and Marcia's clean,comfortable condo, which is in a perfect location. Our granddaughter used the downstairs bedroom, which she found perfect for her needs. They gave us a great deal of information regarding things to do around the Naples area, which was extremely helpful. We spent each evening at Naples Pier, watching the sun set. We walked to shopping and restaurants and took an interesting boat tour. The on site manager was friendly and helpful. We felt right at home in this nicely decorated condo. We would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it to others. We were not disappointed! We appreciate Marcia and Gene's hospitality.
