It's a very well located villa with spectacular views of the Gulf of Cagliari. The well-kept garden with native plants, olive trees, Myrtle, lentisk and other is about 600 sqm completely fenced and closed by a gate and a driveway gate for access to the beach which is about 150 meters, by means of a pedestrian scale. The beautiful beach of fine sand called CANNESISA is one of the most important of southern Sardinia.
