Ein wundervoller Kurztrip

Luigi und Marta, die Hausbesitzer sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit! Bei unserer Ankunft haben sie auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir sehr spät kamen. Die Beiden hatten uns für den ersten Abend Wein, Getränke, Brot und Belag bereits in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hang mit sehr schöner Aussicht, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und groß, die Poolheizung ist super! Luigi kümmert sich täglich diskret und nicht störend um den Pool. Er ist auch immer erreichbar wenn Hilfe benötigt wird. Im Haus befindet sich alles was man so als Familie benötigt, von genügend Handtüchern, Klimaanlage bis Sonnenschirm und Luftmatratzen für den Strand. Die Vermieter wohnen im oberen Stockwerk im Haus, jedoch hatten wir das Gefühl alleine zu sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ich empfehle diese Ferienwohnung mit diesen lieben Vermietern!

Erholsamer Urlaub mit Meerblick

Wir 4 haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Luigi ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und empathischer Gastgeber, der uns immer mit vielen Informationen und kalten Getränken am Anreisetag versorgt hat. Das Haus war bereits ab 13:00 Uhr top sauber und wir konnten schon vorher unsere Koffer abstellen. Der Strand ist mit 3 Treppen problemlos in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, der große Pool ist sehr gepflegt, das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Wir haben uns richtig gut erholt und werden gerne wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Lovely, very clean and spacious for 6 people. Great views however would recommend a car as facilities are not close by. The beach is about 200 steep steps from the villa so not ideal for kids or elderly. The villa itself was lovely

Bon compromis entre l'appartement (parce que Luigi habite à l'étage) et la maison. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour la Sardaigne. Piscine pour nous seuls et toujours impeccable. Luigi est attentif à ce que les personnes qui louent soient vraiment bien. Ses conseils de visites sont toujours pertinents et justes !! Luigi est discrêt et attentif !! Toujours de bonne humeur !!! De belles découvertes grace à lui !! Merci.

Magnifiques vacances

Nous avons loué cette magnifique maison pour une semaine à deux couples d'amis. Tout était vraiment super. Deux chambre pratiques et bien propre avec chacune une grande salle de bain. L'espace à vivre convient très bien. La cuisine très fonctionnelle, manque peut être certain ustensile de cuisine mais on se débrouille très bien comme cela. la terrasse très bien et la piscine très propre et grande. La vue est magnifique. Le GPS a trouvé tout de suite la bonne rue depuis l'aéroport mais nous avons quand même dû tourner un peu pour trouver le bon chemin final. Il serait bien de préciser que c'est la "traverse n° 2" qu'il faut prendre pour arriver à la maison. Le monsieur vivant dans la maison aux étages supérieurs est très accueillant. ça a été un plaisir de faire sa connaissance. Toujours prêt à répondre aux questions et à donner des conseilles. Et très discret. Je conseille cette maison à tout le monde. Au plaisir.

Perfect holidays in Sardenia

We stayed in this FANTASTIC villa 2 weeks. It was perfect time for us! The property is beautiful: the house is very comfortable,well equipped and very clean. Food and vine were waiting for us in the kitchen in the day of arrival. The owner was very helpful and very discreet-we felt free in the house and around area. There is beautiful,very clean pool in the property. It was only for our use. Children (10 and 14 years old) spent lots of time in the pool. The property has it's direct way to the beach so we went there whenever we wanted. Having a car was nessesary to visit another beaches and attractions of the island. Location,layout,facilities etc. of the property were like in the description. We spent fantastic holidays in Sardenia, hoping we will come back there soon! Agata and Michal from Poland

Vacanza eccellente! villa meravigliosa

La villa è meravigliosa, pulita, elegante ed ha una meravigliosa vista mare. Si trova su una collina panoramica ed è molto silenziosa e arieggiata. E' possibile fare delle lunghe passeggiate e raggiungere molte spiagge, una più bella dell'altra. E' consigliabile avere l'autovettura anche se le due spiagge di Genn'e mari e cannesisa sono comodamente raggiungibili anche a piedi.I proprietari sono discreti, simpatici e molto ospitali. La sera è possibile cenare al bordo della splendida piscina e vedere e sentire le onde del mare. La vacanza è stata bellissima da ogni punto di vista e spero di essere nuovamente ospite in questa incantevole villa. Voto 5 stelle con lode !!!

VACANZA MERAVIGLIOSA

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane ed eravamo in 4 ad occupare la villa! che dire...un posto meraviglioso!!La villa è dotata di tutti i conforts e la piscina privata con idromassaggio rende le giornate/serate uniche! La casa è tenuta benissimo, curata nei dettagli e particolarmente pulita. Per gli amanti delle passeggiate, si possono raggiungere le due spiagge sottostanti a piedi ma è preferibile/consigliabile avere l'auto. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto gentili, disponibili e al tempo stesso molto discreti. Speriamo di ritornare presto in questo paradiso. Katia

un'ottima location!

la casa è molto bella dotata di tutti i conforts c'è persino il biliardo. La cucina è nuova e completa. Si trova in una bella posizione panoramica. Le spiagge sono raggiungibili a piedi anche se è consigliabile avere un'auto. I proprietari sono discreti e molto gentili. La piscina è tenuta sempre molto pulita ed è davvero bellissima. Assolutamente consigliabile.

It's a very well located villa with spectacular views of the Gulf of Cagliari. The well-kept garden with native plants, olive trees, Myrtle, lentisk and other is about 600 sqm completely fenced and closed by a gate and a driveway gate for access to the beach which is about 150 meters, by means of a pedestrian scale. The beautiful beach of fine sand called CANNESISA is one of the most important of southern Sardinia.
