The villa is 'furnished with particular taste and attention to details and it is equipped with every comfort.
The villa has a beautiful large terrace where you can enjoy a view of the sea and of the surrounding countryside, a picturesque Mediterranean landscape of olive trees, carob trees and the blue of the sea and the sky.
The house, finished building in January 2013, can accommodate up to 6 people.
The main house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with a window that allows you to prepare your lunch or dinner while enjoying the beautiful view.
One of the two double room of the main house has a private bathroom, with shower, while the other room has two single beds. Another bathroom with shower is available to guests in the main house.

The other house, independent and connected to the main terrace has a double bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower.
The villa is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, ceiling fans and central heating and an outdoor shower to enjoy the beautiful view.

Beacutiful location , beautiful house.

The property is very bright and comfortable. Very clean and well kept. The Owners are very friendly and helpful and continued to communicate with us to make sure we had all information needed and that we had no issues with anything in the property. The location is perfect and close to all the sites we wanted to visit: Sicly, Ragusa, Siracusa, Modica, and the beach. Really perfect. The property Felt very secure and safe with the lockable entrance gate. Bright and airy, great plus to have the ceiling fans! Only items we think could be improved: 1- wish would have been available is: a better stocked kitchen (no oven only microwave) , 2-the cabinets where certain cookware were stored - (under the sink and under dish drain area) had a musty smell, something for the owner to look into. 3- living room furniture not adequate for the size of the house. a larger sofa would be great. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Loved the house and location and would recommend it to our friends and family without hesitation.

Zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam bij aankomst. Netjes en schoon. Heerlijke veranda met mooi uitzicht, zeer ruim appartement. Rustige, afgelegen omgeving. Prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan mooie plaatsjes alhoewel telkens half tot heel uur rijden.

Wunderschöne Lage. allerdings ohne Auto geht gar nichts!

Das Haus bietet alles was man sich vorstellt! Die Betreuung funktionierte tadellos. Da wir im Februar für einen Monat hier waren wurden wir jedoch erst vor Ort über die enormen Gaskosten informiert! Konnten jedoch die kalten Abende mit dem offenen Kamin überbrücken! Alles in allem dennoch empfehlenswert!!

Sehr gemütliches, persönlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, auch bestens eingerichtete Küche. Traumhafte Aussicht. Schöner Garten und gut gelegen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht

Een met smaak ingericht huis, met prachtig uitzicht op zee en olijfbomen, met een comfortabel terras waar we elke dag weer genoten van de namiddag, om een boekje te lezen, de mooie avonden, de rust, en de krekels. In de keuken vind je alles wat je nodig hebt, fijne kamers en schoon. WiFi en muziekbox vonden we ook fijn. Kortom een prettig huis. Het dorpje is erg rustig maar heeft een heerlijk strandje. De volgende keer komen we zeker terug. We hebben een topweek gehad!

Abbiamo trascorso a Sampieri dieci splendidi giorni, godendo della speciale posizione della casa, della spiaggia e dei bei borghi vicini e della gastronomia locale. La casa è comoda, spaziosa e arredata con ottimo gusto e cura dei dettagli; il patio e il giardino, vista mare sono molto godibili. Ottima l'accoglienza dei padroni di casa. Sempre disponibili Marco e Betti.

Bisogna tornarci, presto!

Abbiamo passato una settimana piacevolissima: bella la casa, semplice e curata nei dettagli, splendida la spiaggia di Sampieri, affascinante la fornace di punta Pisciotto, un'autentica scoperta il Ragusano! E se poi sei una fan di Montalbano ....

A fantastic holiday!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay near Sampieri. The villa was beautifully furnished and very clean. The outside space was excellent for our two sons, and for us to enjoy the late Autumn sunshine! Highly recommended!

Wonderfull house

We ( parents and two kids, 11, 14 years) stayed for two weeks. For us this house was absolutely perfect & wonderfull. Nice, bright rooms, nice bathrooms, nice tastefully furnitures, everything modern, its decorated realy tastefully. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with everything you need if you like to cook, what we do... The terrace is realy great and the fiew spectaculare! We felt totaly happy at this place, this house has a realy positiv energy and magic.

Wonderfull house

In the kitchen you find everything what you need if you like cooking, what we do... The big terrace is wonderfull and the fiew spectacular! This house is a real special and magic place!

Wonderfull charming house

We parents with two children ( 11 & 14years) stayed two weeks in this wonderfull, charming, perfect house and hate to leave! The house is more or less new, perfect fitted with everything, and decorated with a lot of love and taste. Immediately when you enter the house you fall in love with it and never ever want to leave again... Everything was clean, the bathrooms are nice, the kitchen is fitted with everything what you need if you like to cook, what we do... The terrace is quite big with a spectaculare fiew, the perfect place to be all day long. The landlord was realy friendly and also helpful with all information, we don`t need to ask, they forward everything by themself. If you want to know how beautifull, relaxing life could be at Sicily stay in this house!

Casa al mare perfetta

Villa blu sampieri 6697247 la villa è splendida, proprio come la si vede nelle fotografie del sito assolutamente realistiche, anzi....forse non le rendono abbastanza giustizia. E' perfetta per ogni esigenza, confortevole, vivace, luminosa, fresca, arredata con gusto e cura del particolare, a mio dire non manca proprio nulla per sentirsi coccolati.... per fortuna, le fotografie pubblicate non riescono a trasmettere appieno ciò che la casa ha da offrire lasciando così spazio a piacevoli sorprese: la sensazione di pace e tranquillità che percepisci grazie alla campagna che la circonda, la strepitosa vista mare che ti riempie gli occhi di un colore diverso ad ogni ora del giorno, la gentilezza di Paola e Pierluigi, la simpatia e disponibilità di Betty e Marco, le due carissime persone che ci hanno accolto... a Villa Blu ho trascorso una bellissima vacanza, ci tornerò sicuramente. La residenza è dotata di ogni confort e arredata con gusto. La casa, costruita in stile siciliano, è inserita in uno splendido paesaggio tra la campagna e il mare. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere agevolmente Noto, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa ibla e.... naturalmente il mare (appena 6 km). Ci siamo rilassati immersi nella natura incontaminata e nella suggestivo paesaggio formato dai carrubi, dagli ulivi e dal mare. Accoglienza e assistenza in loco ottima. Fabio e Marcella
