The accommodation and 'furnished with solid wood furniture, all this' provision serves in an accommodation ... You will have the comfort of the house, where you can' enjoy moments of relaxation, outdoor dining, the 'apartment can' accommodate 4/5 people, having a double bedroom, a sofa bed with slatted bed and possibly adding a fifth bed .... This is' a particularly popular area by the Germans.

Amazing house with a great host

The stay was great and the house was amazing! She was very flexible with the check in process as we had a different time than check-in allowed for. The only issue was that we arrived into town at midnight and couldn't get a taxi so it was difficult to find a way to the home but the host was very helpful and accommodating to us!

Estancia corta pero muy agradable.

Sólo pasamos una noche, porque íbamos haciendo ruta, pero la verdad es que el sitio nos encantó; una pena no haber podido quedarnos más días. La casa tiene de todo y está en un sitio tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar del paisaje de la zona. Lorena, la propietaria, muy amable y simpática; a parte del magnifico recibimiento que nos hizo, dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento, y además habla bastante bien español, que para los que no hablamos mucho italiano, es de gran ayuda.

Sehr schöner Ort zum Übernachten und Urlaub machen. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und einladend. Und die Gastgeberin überraschte sogar die Kinder mit einem Kuchen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Lorena. Appartement très bien équipé . à deux pas de superbes villages perchés , Perinaldo Apricale Dolce Acqua et non loin de la mer, Vallecrosia Vintimille Bordighéra. seul bémol appartement un peu sombre mais on vit surtout dehors.

Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances magnifiques. Le gite est très propre et confortable. Nous avons été tout de suite à l'aise. Lorena est très accueillante, à la fois discrète et disponible pour ses hôtes. L'endroit est superbe dans l'arrière pays à deux pas de la mer. Un vrai bonheur... Les enfants étaient ravis ! Bon séjour en Ligurie entre montagne et mer

Un séjour agréable de 15 jours chez l'habitant dans un appartement situé dans une propriété familiale au coeur des oliviers à Perinaldo en Italie . Nous avons été accueilli par la propriétaire Lorena Cozzi avec beaucoup de chaleur ! Nous avions la chance de resider entre mer et montagne et nous avons passé un bon séjour! Dominique et Nicolas

Lorena Cozzi is a very welcoming hostess who contacted us several times before our arrival to ensure she could meet us to escort us to her house. Her introduction to the apartment was thorough and very helpful. The apartment is comfortable, with a kitchen, one separate bedroom and another double bed separated from the living area by a curtain. Although we had originally booked for two, we had to give her late notice that we were being joined by my friend's daughter, but this was no problem and the living area accommodated an extra bed.

Tutto impeccabile e tanta voglia di tornare!!!

Siamo stati accolti a braccia aperte nonostante il breve soggiorno (2 notti), che spesso preclude la possibilità di affittare appartamenti. La casa è molto curata, confortevole e completa di tutto, il posto è tranquillo e comodo per visitare e godersi le bellezze del luogo e la proprietaria è gentilissima e super disponibile! ci siamo già ripromessi di tornare!

L'Italie, la mer, la campagne, le soleil

Merci Lorena pour ce séjour en tous points très, très agréable. Ici, rien ne manque. Cadre magnifique, maison récente agencée avec goût, entourée d’oliviers et autres arbres fruitiers, une vue superbe sur la vallée et les collines, nous offrant un décors méditerranéen splendide ……. propreté irréprochable, enfin tout ce qu’il faut pour être à son aise dès l’arrivée. Besoin de renseignements, de bons tuyaux, Lorena ou ses parents (Maria-Pia et Franco) savent se montrer disponible pour vous aider. Pour ne rien gâcher les cannelloni, ravioli et « torta di verdure » maison, offerts par Maria-Pia ainsi que les olives offertes en cadeau d’arrivée et produites par Franco sont des délices. L’Italie comme on l’aime !!!!!!! On en redemande !!!!!!!!

Un petit paradis, la paix et le sourire en plus

Le cadre est enchanteur, les roses, les oliviers, entre mer et montagne, au calme absolu. La maison très bien arrangée avec goût, très fonctionnelle, offre toutes les commodités, pour une famille avec enfants en bas âge. Les hôtes sont conviviaux, généreux, plein d'attention et de gentillesses. A recommander sans hésiter. Pour retrouver le calme, faire une cure de sommeil, visiter un petit village italien, bien sympathique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite terrasse pour le repas ou le petit déjeuner dehors, pouvoir faire sa lessive le matin et retrouver son linge sec à midi avec de jeunes enfants c'est super, découvrir le village de Perinaldo ou aller se promener en bord de mer à Bordighera le tout en moins de 20 min est très appréciable également. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. La réalité a été bien au delà de nos attentes, et bien au delà de ce que laissez penser les photos.

SICURAMENTE DA PROVARE

Con un po' di ritardo ma eccoci qua (come si suol dire, ogni promessa è debito), pronti a condividere la nostra esperienza con chi è alle ricerca di un po' di tranquillità e relax! Posto molto carino, immerso completamente nella natura ma a soli 15 minuti circa dal mare (è indispensabile avere un proprio mezzo per arrivare e spostarsi). Appartamentino confortevole, decisamente pulito e ben vivibile (noi eravamo in 4 persone). Una particolare nota di merito per i PROPRIETARI... a nostro avviso semplicemente FANTASTICI (che di sicuro non guasta.. anzi)!!! Siamo stati solo un paio di giorni ma ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio, veramente gentili, disponibili e di compagnia.. eccezionali davvero! Lo consigliamo di sicuro, è il posto ideale per staccare qualche giorno la spina. Da provare e perchè no... riprovare! :-)

Tranquillità e accoglienza superlativa.

Abbiamo trovato questa sistemazione per le nostre vacanze estive perché cercavamo tranquillità e relax: le attese sono state ampiamente superate!! Appena arrivati abbiamo ricevuto una calorosa accoglienza e un cestino ricco di prodotti della loro terra. La casa è immersa nella tranquillità del loro uliveto e allo stesso tempo comoda per raggiungere il mare e i favolosi borghi dell'entroterra (Dolceacqua, Apricale, Perinaldo). Il giardino attrezzato di tutto l'occorrente(tavolo, sedie, barbecue, legna, sdraio, ombrelloni) ci ha permesso di organizzare una grigliata tra amici. La casa è fornita di ogni accessorio e Lorena si è continuamente accertata che non ci mancasse nulla. Grazie a questa sistemazione abbiamo avuto modo di goderci lo splendido entroterra ligure; non perdetevi assolutamente l'osservatorio stellare Cassini di Perinaldo e fatevi consigliare da Lorena i posti da visitare e dove degustare le specialità del territorio. In conclusione posto assolutamente consigliato.

L'accueil chaleureux, la grande disponibilité, la générosité et l'attention de Lorena et de ses proches ont contribué à nous faire passer un excellent séjour. Renseignements sur les sites alentours, souplesse, petites attentions, bref, ce qu'il faut pour se détendre, tout lâcher et passer des vacances reposantes. L'arrière pays est joli et paisible et le chant des cigales dans l'oliveraie contribue au dépaysement. La maison en pierre est belle, aménagée avec goût et bien équipée. Le marché de Vintimile typique à ne pas louper, les baignades et les soirées à Menton agréables et très animées (nous n'avons pas eu le temps de visiter San Rémo). Monaco et son excellent musée avec aquarium géant ne sont pas loin. Bref, le séjour était très agréable, Lorena a contribué à nous faire découvrir les spécialités locales et pour la petite histoire, notre fille de 9 ans était fascinée par la tortue dans sa fontaine, les deux oiseaux et les 6 lapins (dont une lapine allait faire ses bébés). Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.
