Deeply disappointed by residential rents, for economic losses encountered and the risks involved, with minimal chance of defense, I decided to groped the way of holiday homes. I tried to follow the rules and regional laws of holiday homes: in August of 2013, when I started with my own, I enrolled at 'ANBBA / AICAV (Associazione Nazionale Bed & Breakfast e Affittacamere / Associazione Italiana Case Vacanza). Having completed the formalities of payment of the stay and has signed a lease short, my guests receive the keys of the apartment, together with the presentation of the rooms and appliances that are inside. From here on, no schedules to meet: the check in and check out, I impose only when booking forward or backward. I prefer and I make sure that my guests feel as free as if they were at home.

Why Mariagrazia chose Taranto

We have set up this apartment because of its proximity to the School Sorttufficiali of the Italian Navy, hoping that it could be used by those who come for short periods to attend courses organized for those who want to make a career in the Navy. When we finished ristruturarlo and furnish it, only a year ago, due to the crisis, the Italian Navy had reduced economic subsidies to allow the military to stay out of the barracks. So, we decided to use it as a holiday home.
