the villa rosi residence is made up of 7 units and is described as follows: we have two communicating two-room apartments sleeping 10, a dependance sleeping 5, two studio apartments sleeping 8 and two lofts sleeping 4 each. All types are equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and washing machines, air conditioning and outdoor patio. We have a beautiful swimming-pool with solarium, large garden and internal parking with automatic gate.

De villa ligt in een hogergelegen gebied met een prachtig uitzicht. De loft is volledig nieuw met alle comfort. Giannefranco is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het zwembad is prachtig ; hier vind je alle rust.

Abbiamo passato una settimana molto rilassante. L'appartamento è nuovo, realizzato con gusto, curato in ogni suo aspetto. La piscina è adatta sia a bambini che adulti. L'unico neo è rappresentato dalla strada che porta a Laureana Cilento, stretta e con pendenze superiori al 20%.
