The kitchen-dining area features a table and 6 chairs with a view of the sea. Built-in kitchen with oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a heated towel rack. 1 separate toilet. To the north, a sea view from the dining area. To the south, unobstructed views of the most beautiful part of Saint-Aubin—seaside homes and pine trees—with no buildings blocking the view. In a central location, you can do everything on foot without needing to use your car during your stay. Shopping and entertainment are within walking distance, as well as direct pedestrian access to the beach and the promenade stretching over 2 km along the coast. To explore the area, it’s ideally located in the heart of the D-Day beaches and World War II museums (15 minutes from Caen, 10 minutes from Courseulles, 40 minutes from Arromanches, 20 minutes from Ouistreham)
