Appartement bien placé

Appartement bien placé et agréable. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil par Valérie. Les indications et précisions du propriétaire ont été très utiles.La fourniture de draps aurait été un grand plus.

Bel emplacement mais appartement vétuste et sale

Vue sur mer du balcon parfaite. Bruit des vagues agréable. Circulation auto pénible de jour mais prévisible donc rien à dire. Bien situé au centre ville Par contre intérieur très sale. Notre séjour a commencé par 2 h de ménage à deux. Sol et terrasse à aspirer puis laver. Aspirateur plein. Moisissures dans évier lavabo baignoire. Vaisselle à relaver etc. Mobilier vétuste. Sanitaires usés à remplacer. Le canapé inutilisable : sentant le moisi et le tabac. Literie correcte heureusement. Par ailleurs pourquoi le parking ne fait pas partie de la location : tout est payant dans cette ville sauf à faire des km à pied. En résumé bel emplacement mais intérieur a revoir complètement. Il est inadmissible de proposer une location dans cet état. L’agrément devrait être retiré tant que des travaux de fond n’auront pas été effectués

Venant du sud est nous avons apprécié de séjourner dans cet appartement tres proche de l océan Où les marées rythment le temps et Où un cadre et panorama magnifiques S offrent a vous La vie de l ocean de par son bruit est très présente Les amateurs de surf sont ravis et Les marcheurs également Nous y retourneront si possible
