The Dacha, charming detached house of 110 square meters in lush greenery in the heart of the Île aux Moines (garden 1. 400 square meters), will seduce you during your holidays!

Its large garden and two terraces always offer you the sun, whatever the time of day, to enjoy the sun loungers or happiness of eating out.

All decorated in blue and white, very functional and fully renovated in June 2014, this home is the perfect place to spend a great time with family and friends!

Parfait !!

Nous avons passé, à la Datcha, de merveilleuses vacances. L'île, comme la maison, sont absolument paradisiaques. La qualité des rapports avec la propriétaire fait évidemment partie de ce tableau idéal.

Excellent séjour

Maison superbe au cœur d'un jardin magnifique. Les différentes terrasses de chaque côté de la maison permettent de profiter du soleil à toute heure de la journée. Les commerces et le centre du village sont tout proches. Calme absolu car les voitures sont interdites sur l’ile. Je recommande sans hésitation.

à louer sans hésitation!

Nous avions décidés de découvrir cette charmante île avec ma femme et mon fils de 2ans et demi. Pour cela nous avons loué cette maison qui a largement contribué à la réussite de nos vacances! Cette maison, avec son grand jardin est un véritable petit coin de paradis! Le mobilier est qualitatif, la cuisine très fonctionnelle et neuve et les literies de très bonne qualité! Malgré la masse de touristes présente sur l'île au mois d'août, la maison est très calme, tout en restant à 5 min des commerces en vélo et 10 minutes à pied. A vous les siestes dans les transats ou hamac du jardin. A louer les yeux fermés!
