The apartment is in a perfect location and we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you 😊 A few little snags: There is no WiFi and the apartment was not very clean when we arrived.

19 nuits de repos à Palavas

L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier la propriétaire. Situé au deuxième étage dans une résidence à l'écart du centre de Palavas, il offre sur l'arrière une vue magnifique sur l'étang du Prévost puis Montpellier et sur la terrasse une vue magnifique sur la mer Méditerranée. Les repas, lectures, jeux sur la terrasse face à la mer ont été des moments de plaisirs. Surtout, contrairement à certaines stations balnéaires, l'immeuble est très tranquille. L'appartement est bien équipé et le gros plus, notamment pour dormir, est la climatisation. La place de parking sécurisée à l'intérieur de la résidence, notamment au regard du prix des parkings. De Palavas, on peut alors visiter Sète, Montpellier et la Camargue. Bref, nous avons passé 19 journées formidable et je tiens encore à en remercier la propriétaire.

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos petits enfants. L’appartement donne directement sur la plage.très pratique !Seul petit bémol, un badge magnétique est nécessaire pour rentrer dans la résidence,avec un seul badge c’est parfois un peu compliqué.Le parking privé est un plus.

Restaurants et achats de première nécessités à proximité de la location. Place de parking privé très appréciable. Très bon accueil et communication avec la personne qui nous a remis les clés. Séjour d'une semaine en août 2019. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Il est idéalement situé en première ligne avec accès privé à la plage depuis la résidence. Traversant avec vue sur la plage et sur l'étang qui permet une ventilation naturelle de l'appartement, tout spécialement appréciée en été. Résidence très calme et bien entretenue , avec place de parking privée ( point important puisque le parking à Palavas est payant partout durant l'été). Literie de qualité. Produits d'entretien fournis. Nous recommandons cette location.
