Recent apartment, very quiet, located on the 1st floor of my house, crossing, facing East-West, very bright and sunny: 4 large Velux windows with electric shutters.
Independent access from the garden.
Fitted kitchen with new equipment and dining area.
Small living room in mezzanine.
Two large, very bright bedrooms.
Books and board games available.
Separate, flowered terrace facing south with trees and shrubs.
garden furniture offering the possibility to eat outside.
Private parking space nearby, parking is not allowed on the plots except to unload the car, which saves us noise and pollution.

As described on listing. Clean, spacious, comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Large outdoor terrace. Walk to the beach. Great location with proximity to everything you need. A great value.

An Idyll on the sea in Brittany

Madame Grelet's apartment was the ideal place for us to soak in the sun and sea and recover from walking the pilgrimage from Paris to Chartres. The loft apartment was comfortable and had everything my wife and ten year old needed. The use of the yard was also appreciated. A beautiful beach was short walk from the house and the coastal trail passed right through the property. We were blessed with warm and sunny weather. We had been told that the water in Brittany was too cold to swim but it was perfect for us. Incredible, it reminded me of La Jolla in southern California (I don't think this is typical but that's what we experienced in early June). The nearby villages were full of charm and excellent restaurants. But the best thing of all was the warm hospitality of Madame Grelet.

Schöne Orte, Märkte, Strand und Sonne

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt, die Betten waren schon bezogen, Handtücher, sogar für den Strand lagen bereit. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht gut ausgestattet. Im und um das Haus, im Garten, ist es herrlich ruhig. Schöne Orte und Märkte sind mit dem Auto in Kürze erreichbar und der Strand in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, zum Schwimmen und für schöne Spaziergänge an der Küste entlang. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Week end à la mer

3 jours sur place avec 50% soleil 50%pluie. Notre fils a pu faire son relais nautique nautique au triathlon de la baule sous un beau soleil. le lendemain toutes les épreuves étaient annulées. Nous avons fait des ballades très belles en bord de cote. Nous avons aussi testé de bons restaurants notamment une crêperie sur Guérande.

A 300 m de la plage et de la piste cyclable

Petit séjour chez Mme GRELET que nous avons apprécié grâce à la proximité de la mer et des pistes cyclables. Nous n'avons pas eu à prendre notre voiture pour nous déplacer pendant ces 2 jours. Un endroit très agréable

L’appartement est situé au premier étage de la maison de la propriétaires qui vit au rez-de-chaussée. Il est situé dans un lotissement qui n’est séparé des plages que par une route (très passante) et quelques maisons. L’appartement lui-même est très propre et fonctionnel. Les locataires disposent d’une partie du jardin avec meubles et parasol.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et très propre . Aucune surprise par rapport au descriptif de l'annonce. De plus idéalement bien situé et surtout très calme . La propriétaire est très sympathique. Merci encore pour la petite attention du matin pour le petit déjeuner. si nous devions revenir un jour nous ne manquerons pas d'y séjourner à nouveau.
