The lower level boasts a custom kitchenette with ice maker, full size Fisher & Paykal refrigerator/freezer , dishwasher drawer & microwave. No pets allowed, no weddings allowed. Minimum age requirement of lease holder is 35 years old. Guests can be under 35 years old, the lease holder must meet the age requirement. Thanks.
