Hi,

My name is Sebastien, I am French and I live in France. In 2005, I started wanting to purchase a house on the seaside in Croatia. After several travels, between Zadar and Dubrovnik, I finally settled on Murter Island in 2007. When you arrive on this island from Tisno, you can enjoy beautiful views over the sea with islands and islets. These islands are part of the Kornati Archipelago. Here, in the small village of Betina, I set my sights on an old Dalmatian house under renovation. After 2 years of renovation, I rent my house on a seasonal basis for old stones and authenticity lovers. It is always with great pleasure that, each year, I come back to spend the holiday under the sun and on the beaches of Murter.

Why they chose this property

I discovered Croatia on a report. Little by little, the idea of finding my dream house took root, a house on the seaside. In 2005, I travelled for the first time in the Split region, then Dubrovnik, Korcula Island, Hvar Island, Brac Island and finally Murter Island in 2007 where I found a house in the heart of an old village very close to a small beach. At the entrance of the village, there is a small square with local shops, post office, bars, restaurants and small local market.

What makes this property unique

Panorama, quietness, tradition, old stone, sea and sun: there is something for everyone in Murter.
The house nested in the heart of the old village is a haven of peace around 30 m from a small secluded beach only visited by locals. By night, go on the village square, take the small touristic train and go to the village of Murter 1 km away. Murter Island is ideal for holiday: there is something to suit every taste.
