The house is available completely to our guests with lounge areas, dining area and the exterior zone including swing, table and a large garden
The property is situated along the European path E5 where you can make every day trekking excursions that lead on the sweet hills of Valpolicella amist the vineyards. The countryhouse is located in a picturesque courtyard on the top of a hill with beatiful panorama view near the house. It s neccesary you will arrive by your own car as there is no public bus reaching the location and there are no shops near the house

The house that the family call "rustic" has been our vacation home for many years and we have taken care of the details and furnishings trying to keep the style of the house highlighting the most interesting details. I love meeting new people, exchange knowledge and raise awareness of the beauty of our city known for the story of Romeo and Juliet and full of very important artistic
Why they chose this property
We decided to rent our "rustic" because our boys, Michael and Matthew aged 22 to 18, studying in universities in different cities and during the summer they love to travel and learn about different places. That is why for some years no longer use our second home and we decided to give it for rent to tourists who wish to visit our area enjoying the pleasure of the landscapes of Valpolicella.
What makes this property unique
In our property it includes a large lawn with ample space for dining al fresco with a swing for moments of relaxation and a ping pong table for fun times with family and friends. Inside, each room offers unique features such as the ancient beams of logs, antique fireplaces and the old terracotta floors.
