The villa located on the edge of the Punta del Pizzo Natural Park, is about 100 meters from the sea. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, and a triple bedroom. In addition there are two comfortable complete bathrooms with shower, kitchen with leaving area and a large outdoor veranda where you can dine in the evening. In the pine forest located at the back of the villa there is a large gazebo with a wood oven, complete with all the accessories for your summer barbecues, and a relaxing 6x3 meter swimming pool. The villa has air conditioning, grates on the doors to increase the level of security of the house, 4 parking spaces and an outdoor shower. On the lowered floor there is a small outbuilding with another 2 beds and a small bathroom, in case you would like to host some friends. A dream Villa a few steps from the Lido Pizzo beach.

toller Aufenthalt in der Villa Conca D'Oro

Das Haus war ordentlich und auch das Inventar war gut. Es fehlt ev. ein bisschen an Geschirr, wie Tassen und etwas größere Gläser. Das Grundstück war auch groß genug, so daß sich die Hunde den ganzen Tag austoben könnten.Allerdings, wenn man das Grundstück verlässt, und geht mit den Hunden Richtung Strand, ist es ein schwieriges Unterfangen. Hier liegt dann och sehr viel Glas herum.Ansonsten eine schöne Gegend mit schönen Stränden.
