There is a free view flat screen TV in the sitting room. The main bedroom has patio doors leading onto a large private balcony where you can enjoy the spectacular views. Great for walkers. Car is not essential as there is a bus stop 10 yards away. The city of Cardiff is just 15 minutes away. Country pubs in walking distance, 3 golf courses within 5 minutes and the historic 12 century castle situated in Caerphilly town. There is horse riding, bowling, cinemas and zip wire fun all situated nearby. The property benefits from central heating and off road parking. The property is on a MAIN ROAD, with easy access to Cardiff, Caerphilly and surrounding areas. At present there is a small seating area at the rear of the property. The remainder of the land consists of wild flowers, trees and lovely views. Plans for improving the garden have been put on hold due to the current pandemic but there is a seating area . There is also a clothes line. The boundary of the garden is clearly marked with a fence (new addition). Please note that there is an 18th Century graveyard next to the property and a main road to the front of the property so traffic noise is possible. This property is strictly no smoking and is not suitable for pets.

If any guests have symptoms of covid during your stay, please inform us immediately. I will leave black bags in the wardrobe and if you are able could you put your used linen and towels in these when you leave. This would be much appreciated and only added in these circumstances. We live 5 minutes away from Chapel House and will be on hand if you have any questions or concerns during your stay.
