Idéal sur tous les points

Studio très bien placé, environnement calme près de la plage, très propre et joliment décoré. Très bien équipé, et Nuno le propriétaire est très à l’écoute, très gentil et toujours disponible. L’arrivée et le départ se sont très bien passés. Toujours des places de parking dans les rues à côté de l’appartement. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Wir waren jetzt im Juli 2019 eine Woche zu zweit da und waren sehr zufrieden. Nuno war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen super und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Man kann den Ort und den großen Strand fußläufig erreichen, zu anderen Stränden sind wir mit Uber gefahren.

Huset ligger i ett kuperat lugnt område i utkanten av gamla stan.Nära till centrum,strand och marina.Små butiker och restauranger finns i närheten.Större matvaruaffär ca 400 m.Lägenheten har varma färger och är väl utrustad.Underbar utsikt från balkongen.Klinkergolvet var dock kallt.Nuno (värd) ordnade ett oljeelement som fungerade bra. Nuno är mycket mån om sina gäster.Han ringde eller SMS ade och frågade om han kunde hjälpa till med något vilket jag uppskattade.Jag återvänder gärna Kerstin

A small but spotlessly clean and well furnished apartment suitable for two people. It's very well equipped having everything you need. There's no air-con but a fan is provided which is welcome as some nights can be really warm. It's about 10 minutes from the beach and old town but there are some steep hills so coming back may take longer. The marina is well worth a visit. The only downside is that, as another reviewer mentioned, it can be quite noisy at night. Especially from the corridor running behind the apartment. Apart from that everything else was fine.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr netter Vermieter, für 2 Leute perfekt!

Wir buchten im Juli 2018. Buchungsvorgang über FeWo und Kontakt mit Eigentümer optimal gelaufen. Whattsapp Kommunikation perfekt. Wohnung klein aber fein. Wifi war perfekt und vor allem sehr schnell!! Wohnung liegt ca. 500m vom Strand entfernt. Ausstattung der Küchenzeile sehr einfach gehalten, jedoch zum Frühstück machen hat es gereicht. Vermieter sehr bemüht gewesen und regelmässig nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist. Wichtig zu wissen, dass Wohnung mit Balkon direkt an einer Straße liegt, die leider in der Hauptsaison auch nachts recht laut ist. Da keine Klimaanlage im Raum war diese Lautstärke durch offene Balkontür störend und nachtschlafraubend. Ausstattung Badezimmer sehr einfach aber funktional. Wie gesagt Vermieter sehr sehr netter Kontakt und reibungsloser Ablauf bei An- und Abreise !!!

We loved it - Clean, Bright and Comfortable accomodation and a superb host

We have been coming to our favorite holiday destination for over 20 years, but this was our 1st stay at Nuno's Studio apartment. From our early initial inquiry right to the end of our stay Nuno was the perfect host, welcoming, friendly, very helpful & always went the extra mile to please us. From meeting us for a very late check in , right through to supplying a hairdrier for our stay & even dropping off an extra pillow. Nuno gets 10/10 as a host :-) The accommodation itself was great, it was modern, very clean and very comfy especially the bed. The bathroom was great, particularly the shower & the kitchen had all the facilities you needed, even a washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board. The little balcony with sea view was lovely. It has a modern TV and basically is home from home, the only small improvement for the hot summer months may be air-conditioning, which we would be willing to pay a little extra for, but we didn't miss it really as the nice patio doors off the balcony let in a nice breeze even in the 30 degree heat. The location is great it was quiet and no late night noise, a short 8-10 minute stroll from the beach and the old town, and it also has many local amenities on the door step including a small but good supermarket, several bars and restaurants, if you didn't want to go down to the old town. All in all , we had a fab week and would highly recommend a stay here, there wasn't anything we didn't like about it, and as far as customer service goes, well it was gold star. We will be back . x

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très propre et moderne qui est idéalement situé. A seulement quelques pas de la folie et du bruit que représente le centre d'Albufeira, nous nous retrouvons au calme et dans une rue paisible dans cet appartement, c'est très appréciable après la cacophonie des bars et pubs qui regorgent d'anglais en quête d'ivresse (au sens propre comme au sens figuré) !!!! La literie est excellente, les draps et serviettes irréprochables, et nous avions tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer de simples repas. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Nuno, mais il a été très présent par texto, nous indiquant les codes et comment récupérer les clés. L'appartement est identique aux photos publiées dans l'annonce, je le recommande fortement il est parfait pour un couple.

Great apartment in a fantastic location with a very helpful host

Nuno was so helpful from the moment we booked the apartment and throughout our stay when we needed him. The apartment is in a great location and is ideal for a couple. It's in a secure building which gives peace of mind, and has a view anyone would be happy waking up to each morning! The shower was amazing which is unusual for a rental holiday apartment. All I would say is bring a hairdryer and a beach towel! Thanks Nuno and we will definitely be back!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet, Nuno hat sich auch sehr gut um uns gekümmert! Das einzige Manko: in der Wohnung gibt es keine Klimaanlage (abends war es in der Wohnung deutlich wärmer als draussen) - aber ansonsten echt top.
