Chalet la Moraine is a wonderful self catering private chalet in Chamonix. Set in a lovely large garden with parking for up to 4 cars, it's a stunning location with views from every window up and down the Chamonix valley and especially from the enormous southerly facing deck and balcony up to Mont Blanc. The 5 bedrooms all with ensuite or private bathrooms can be made up as either super-king doubles or 2 twin singles (to your requirements). Chalet facilities include; an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, free wifi, Satellite TV (full UK Sky package in the lounge including movies and sport &/or French TV), beautiful log burner and supply of logs for cosy evenings in whilst enjoying the large DVD collection. This floor also has a separate large sauna suite and its own shower. The large Arctic Spa hot tub on the deck has amazing views up to Mont Blanc. The Chalet is in the perfect location to access all the skiing in the Chamonix valley. It's a 2 minute walk away from the ski bus stop, and a further couple of minutes walk takes you to the local train stop that runs up and down the valley. We provide guest passes so you can use the bus and train for free.

The Chalet is family friendly and we have travel cots, high chairs, a changing mat, baby bath etc for our younger guests. Please ask for details at the time of booking.

On arrival at Chalet La Moraine you can be met by our local friendly Chalet Manager who will explain how everything works and ensure you have everything you need for a memorable holiday. Due to covid-19 we are now also offering virtual meet & greets if you would prefer, by whatsapp, viber etc to make the whole process contactless.

Très joli chalet bien situé pour les randonnées

Bon accueil des personnes lors de notre arrivée. Chalet très bien équipé. Une salle de bain pour chaque chambre . linge de toilette pour la salle de bain, le jacuzzi et en plus des chaussons comme dans certains hôtels. Une terrasse avec une magnifique vue; A 10 minutes en voiture de Chamonix. Bien situé pour différentes randonnées. Des propriétaires très réactifs et attentionnés à nos petits problèmes. (Machine à laver en panne aussitôt remplacée) - Un panier d'arrivée avec une bouteille de champagne. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour . Merci Sarah sans oublier Andréa.

Warm & comfy

It was a perfect home for us, close to everything we need. Perfect location and beautiful scenery surround it. We enjoyed most the amenities in the house. Communication with The Owner & The Caretakers were easy - all and all was a perfect vacation home, we would recommend it. Thanks again S&R

un plaisir constant pendant tout le séjour

la situation face au Mont Blanc est un régal, surtout le soir vu du SPA avec un soleil couchant ! Le chalet est vaste, bien organisé pour une indépendance totale des couples ( salles de bain et toilettes pour chaque espace ! ) Les lieux communs cuisine, espace repas et salon sont parfaits. Bref difficile de trouver mieux. Quand même à savoir: éloignement des pistes et commerces, voitures obligatoires, et même plusieurs pour garder l'indépendance et les choix de chacun.
