Review of our weeks stay

This was a beautiful property with all facilities and a wonderful host who went out of her way to be helpful using google translate between us. Elisabeth went to collect our pizza on the first night and gave us homemade jams which were delicious. The pool was lovely and the area was quiet but was walkable to St Remy center and had easy access by car to many hilltop villages and towns. Elisabeth was easily contactable but never intrusive and always discreet . We has a very enjoyable stay and would recommend to others

Annonce incorrecte et propriétaire dissimulatrice

Nous louons des maisons depuis plusieurs années sur Abritel et c'est la première fois que nous sommes confrontés à ce genre de situation: il n'est pas spécifié dans l'annonce que la propriétaire vit sur place, dans son garage aménagé en studio à 3 mètres de sa maison. Son studio possède 3 ouvertures exposées sur la piscine et la terrasse de la maison, lieux de vie privilégiés normalement pendant des vacances dans le Sud. Oubliez l'intimité! La propriétaire présente son studio comme une pièce où elle entrepose ses affaires mais à aucun moment elle nous dira qu'elle vit dedans. Ses propos seront même mensongés quand nous l'interrogerons sur sa présence dans le studio qu'elle tente de dissimuler, ce qui est malhonnête. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de notre séjour comme nous le voulions. Notre fils était très inquiet de savoir qu'une personne extérieure au cercle familial vivait dans la propriété. S' il avait été précisé sur l'annonce que la propriétaire vivait sur place, nous n'aurions pas loué ce bien. Autre point, le village est plutôt à 20 min à pied...route dangereuse sans trottoir.

A fuir propriétaire de mauvaise foi et très désagréable

La propriétaire n’a pas indiqué qu’elle habitait sur place malgré nos nombreuses questions. Coupait la Clim à distance en période de canicule en nous faisons croire qu’il s’agissait d’un problème de box (aucun lien), harcèlement par SMS concernant le temps d’utilisation de la Clim. Obligation d’ouvrir un litige auprès d’Abritel pour faire stopper ses agissements. Comme par hasard, plus de coupure de climatisation à partir de ce moment-là ni de SMS. Aucun dialogue possible. Tiens des propos racistes « il y a toujours des problèmes avec les gens de votre région (île de France). Il lui a été demandé à l’avenir de préciser dans son annonce qu’elle résidait sur place pour éviter ce type de tromperie, chose qu’elle refuse de faire. C’est la 1ere fois en plus 30 ans de location que nous tombons sur ce type de propriétaire. Vacances gâchées. Espérons que ces commentaires serviront au moins à d’autres voyageurs pour fuir absolument cette location

Très bon séjour!

Très bon séjour. Grande piscine agréable. A 15 min a pied du centre de St Remy. Propriétaire sympathique et tres discrète. Nous aurions juste aimé être informés en amont qu'elle vit sur place.
