It's new, just renovated, never used apartment, located in a typical ligurian building.
It's a sunny apartment in the center of Santa Margherita, just a short walk from the harbor and all amenities. Also the beah is near. There are no noise. It consists of a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, one of this extractable. You can sunbathe on the beach close or go shopping in the elegant fashion shops.

superbe appartement au coeur de la station

Appartement refait à neuf, très bien situé proche de la plage et du port. Equipement d'excellence qualité : vaisselle, accessoires ... Idéal pour séjour de 4 personnes (jusqu'à 6) pour découvrir la région (magnifique) A voir aux alentours : PORTOFINO (en bateau ou a pied), les cinq terres (en train ou en bateau)
