About this property

'GREAT' views of the Gulf in a family friendly resort with numerous amenities.

This Gulf front unit provides magnificent views of the Gulf and beach from inside the unit or from the large deck. Great for that morning coffee, an afternoon siesta or the beautiful sunset. The master bedroom with king size bed, and on suite bathroom, opens directly to Gulf front deck. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a twin bed for added convenience. The tastefully decorated living room also opens directly to the Gulf front deck. The living room sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations if needed. The kitchen has been recently remodel. All new cabinets with 'Corian' counters and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The large dinning table accommodates six (6) people. The unit also includes its own washer and dryer and a full second bathroom. A flat screen TV and DVR are in the living room and a flat screen TV is also in the master bedroom. The master bath has also been recently remodeled. The second bedroom also has a TV and DVR. High Speed Internet service is available throughout the unit. Outside you will be able to enjoy the incredible amenities that the resort offers such as the beautiful beach, 6 outdoor pools including a children's pool, hot tub, Indoor pool and a complete fitness center. There are tennis courts and putting greens also on the grounds and you can walk to the championship golf course of Kiwa Dunes which is next door. If you enjoy outdoor cooking there are many grills provided on the grounds. We hope you enjoy our beach condo as much as we and our family do.

Overall great stay. Easy check in process and communication with host was great. Condo could have been a little cleaner, we had to clean some when we arrived and buy toiletries because only 1 bathroom had a quarter roll of toilet paper. Beach and pools were a big hit with kids and location was great, not too close but 20 minute drive to stores was fine with us.

The condo was very clean. Amenities were good. This was a trip with another couple. Plenty of room. Good kitchen. Not close to Gulf Shores, about 20 minute drive. That was perfect for us as we like to avoid crowds, traffic and tourist stuff. We would definitely book again. Very nice and accommodating host.

Beautiful location and condo. The condo was clean and well stocked. The bedrooms are a touch small because we had to move the furniture around to find space to put a pack n play. We also don’t use the drawers in the furniture so we had to lay our suitcases out in the living room to find a space big enough for that. The balcony door is very hard to open and close. We also had a hard time getting into the indoor pool and never saw the second indoor pool that was listed (unless they are counting the kiddie pool on the inside of the big indoor pool as the second indoor pool). Even after all these minor issues we had a great time and enjoyed the condo.

The living space was large & well kept. Secondary bedroom was super tight with no storage. Master was nice. Water pressure was awesome! Beach view was amazing! The on property coffee shop called Selah is our favorite! Floors were not swept well when we arrived, but we had to sweep daily anyway. Beds were good. Our balcony neighbors smoked, so it was often difficult to enjoy the outdoor balcony for meals or in the evening ( totally not on the property owners). We enjoyed the provided puzzles during rainy days. Overall an above average stay. Thank you!

I’m sorry you had a bad experience with or accommodations. I’ve contacted the owner of our cleaning service to discuss the poor floor cleaning. She promised to follow up with her crew immediately and to personally inspect their work. At the next association meeting I will be suggesting we add language that forbids smoking on balconies and suggest only smoking on north side, parking lot, area only. Again sorry for the issues. Great Family Vacation

We love Plantation, Fort Morgan is quite but this location has so much to offer for the kids. The condo was well supplied and Ted is a great host, he responded anytime I had a question. Absolutely loved chairs on deck!

My family stayed in this condo, it was perfect. Great location and included everything we needed. I loved the kitchen and the abundance of cookware available. The balcony was wonderful for sitting and drinking coffee. We truly loved it and communication planning with the owner was great as well! Planning on coming back!

Great family vacation

We love Plantation, we have stayed here before and plan to return. Our unit was clean and comfortable. We brought our son and daughter in law plus our two grandkids ages 1 and 4. Everyone had a great time, this community is for all ages. There is a restaurant on sight as well for convenience and their food is good. Pools are clean and grounds are well kept. Definitely recommend!

Family Spring Break

This property is great for families and is accurately advertised. We are return guests to the building but new to this unit. Ted was very helpful and quickly responsive to messages. The unit was clean, family friendly, and had everything needed (i.e. stocked kitchen, beach items to borrow, etc) for a great beach stay. Would recommend and stay again!

Perfect condo

We've stayed at the Plantation several times and this condo was perfect for our family. The owners have tried so hard to help families who are traveling. The extras like sand toys, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. we're so wonderful and our family appreciated having these items.
