Located in a privileged enclave in the heart of the city and next to the most interesting areas, this exclusive and elegant two-bedroom apartment is the ideal place for those who want to stay in the center of Malaga with family or friends.

Accommodation, Distribution, and Equipment:

With a surface area of 70 square meters and a capacity of up to 6 people, this is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.

The living room is connected to a fully-equipped minimalist kitchen, carefully integrated with the living room. In front of the wooden dining table for 4 people, the living room has a two-seater sofa (which can easily convert into a bed of 150cmx200cm). It also has two spacious bedrooms decorated with great care and perfect natural lighting. The first one has two single beds and two balconies with exterior views. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (150cm x 200cm) and also features a safe. The bathroom is also fully equipped and has a washing machine.

Equipment and facilities: Elevator, satellite LED TV with over 200 international channels, high-speed WiFi internet, safe, hot and cold air conditioning, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bed linen, towels, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

Located in a completely renovated building, it is next to one of the most emblematic places in the city, the Central Market of Atarazanas, and a few meters from the bustling Plaza de Félix Sáenz. The location, Alhóndiga Street, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses on the pedestrian streets that you can explore to enjoy the true essence of this Mediterranean city.

Wonderful location!

We were close to the market , bakery , cafes and in the Centro part of the old city. The train station was a 5 minute walk . The apartment exceeded our expectations and was just lovely. Iloftmalaga are great property managers and we will definitely be returning to stay here again.

Perfectly located flat to base yourself and explore Malaga and Andalucia overall. We collected our keys easily and got into the flat without any problems. Our host, Carlos, was extremely helpful and friendly. He helpfully walked with us to the nearest parking facilities and explained how it all worked. Apartment had all the facilities you’d expect and was quiet despite being on a main thoroughfare. Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment overall.

Great 4 night stay in centro historico

This apartment was lovely and clean, and very comfy beds. Location amazing in the heart of the city and we stepped outside to the cafe opposite fir wonderful churros and chocolate each day. Only criticism was that our room had extra glazing to keep out noise but my boys room didn't. As we were there in Holy Week it was very noisy. But my boys kept through it anyway! Great value for money.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und super. Sie ist mit einer Küche, Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer ausgestattet. Ein 2. Bad wäre toll aber muss nicht. Die Küche hat leider keinen Geschirrspüler aber brauch man diesen bei den Restaurants in der Umgebung? Alles toll ;-)

Great Location but noisy

The location of this apartment is excellent , bed is comfortable the main bedroom is quiet because of double pane windows .The rest of the apartment is noisy all day and every evening .There are 4 restaurant just below, 2 breakfast restaurants , and 2 all day restaurants, so the noise start early , they drag tables and chairs outside every morning and back inside late in the evening . So the choice is location versus quietness ;)

Really nice apartment with a very good location. Everything is just around the corner - close to the city sights, restaurants, coffee bars, shops etc. About 12-15 min nice walk to the beach, mostly by the sea.

Mario nos recibió y nos mostró el apartamento además de explicarnos y recomendarnos sitios a los que ir sobre un mapa que él mismo nos facilitó, además de un teléfono de información 24h para ayudarnos en todo, cómo así fue, cada vez que tuvimos que hacer uso de él. Siempre con una sonrisa, la mejor de las intenciones, profesionalidad y una buena dosis de belleza. Muchas gracias Mario, hiciste de nuestra estancia todo un placer. Esperamos repetir.

Location, quality of apartment, desgin, space - all great! Pillows were a little hard, and we needed a couple of extra blanket. Whens asked for the blankets they showed up in 30 minutes with them - brilliant!

Schoon en modern appartement midden in het centrum

Schoon en modern appartement midden in het centrum. Alejandro was zeer behulpzaam. Taxiservice van en naar het vliegveld goed geregeld. Vriendelijke ontvangst en uitgebreide uitleg over de stad ook al kwamen we laat aan. Prima communicatie via Whapp! Voor 6 personen die na elkaar douchen heeft de boiler onvoldoende warm water.

Très jolie Màlaga en décembre !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Malaga en famille. Un grand merci à José et Aléjandro pour leur accueil personnalisé et leurs conseils avisés pour des visites avec des enfants. L'appartement est impeccable, tout à fait conforme aux photos et nous avons trouvé tout le confort souhaité. L'énorme atout de cet appartement est sa localisation : il est en plein centre ville sans aucune nuisance. Toutes les visites se font à pied et il y en a pour tous les goûts (shopping, musées, citadelle, château, cathédrale...). Le supermarché est à 5mn à pied. Les plages sont entre 5 à 10mn en voiture pour 5€ à 8€ en taxi par trajet. L'appartement se situe à 3mn de la rue marchande principale avec son animation son et lumière merveilleux pour les fêtes de Noel (mes enfants ont adoré cette animation avec les groupes de musique présents). Tous les restaurants sont au pied de l'appartement : je vous recommande le marché avec ses plats à emporter et surtout le meilleur café Chocolat Churros de la ville juste en face de l'appartement, un vrai délice pour les grands et les enfants !. J'ai déjà recommandé cet appartement à mes proches (amis et famille). Si je reviens à Malaga, je relouerai sans hésiter cet appartement. Tout a été parfait pour nous !
