Great property! Close to the beach and the pool was fantastic! Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very nice as well and had everything you could want including an air fryer. House was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location just an easy five minute walk to beautiful beach at the tip of the island. Pool was a welcome relief in afternoon when the beach got to hot as the tree in backyard provided shade while in or around the pool. Home was spacious and kitchen well stocked and the big dining table was nice for breakfast. Beds were fine and bedrooms have plenty of under bed storage. Drive to get coffee short and plenty of dining options within easy reach. Definitely will return.

Honest review: House was immaculately clean. Nicely updated. There is a tree above the pool so the pool constantly had leaves. No biggie, kids still had fun. Kitchen sink no hot water. Showers only Luke warm. No tvs in the bedrooms even though we were told there were. House was walking distance to bean point. However, it’s on the side of the island close to the bay. Technically yes it’s a “beach” but signs everywhere saying caution swimming. The other side of the island is where you want to be. White sand, nice water etc. We were very disappointed that we had to drive to a beach after planning to be “2 minute walk to beach”.

This house worked perfectly for our annual girls trip! Beautifully remodeled - had everything we needed! Great pool/hot tub! We enjoyed ourselves!!

Fantastic Island Find

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The highlight for sure was the close proximity to the stunning beach, the pool and spa, the overall location on this wonderful island! Thank you for a fantastic trip!

Great layout and location. Wasn't happy with the kitchen accessories no muffin pans, no mixer, the plastic cooking utensils were terrible to use and plastic should not be used any longer due to health warnings. We had to clean the pool and porch area with nothing but a cheap broomd daily.The artificial grass was horrible around the porch area tripped over the bunches of artificial turf. The truf seemed to hold water and was a mosquito attraction along with the piled up sandy nasty used half blown up floats and broken toys and beach chairs. The beach umbrella had no lower half to stand up would not have used it anyway. All these things should be thrown away including the broken down washer! Trying to use the laundry room was full of mosquitoes came home with lots of bites on my legs and arms. The pool was not heated only a luke warm hot tub. The pool did not have a vacuum and the pool guy came twice but only cleaned the leaves once in our 8 day stay. We had to try manually to remove the leaves daily in order to utilize the pool. I recommend an auto vacc and a small blower for the pool area and if you're worried about about someone stealing them, charge them for it. There was no cleaning equipment for the floors in the home beside the same broom we had to use outside. The lighting in the home was either very bright interrogation lights or very dim lighting. Beds were ok except the very back room toward the kitchen please...... Replace! We are locals but we'll not return.

Perfect location and very clean home

We throughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have stayed in. The location was just a block away from a gorgeous beach where we enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins. After spending time at the beach, we were able to relax in the pool, cook on the grill, and relax in one of the two living spaces. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Beach house

Flew in on a Tuesday and stayed for 8 days! Love the flexability on the booking schedule. When we arrived the house was clean and equiped with basic needs to start out the week! Beach and pool toys were provided! A.c worked great, beds were comfy, pool temp great, hot tub worked great as well! Overall an amaxing trip with a short walk to the beautiful beach! Highly reccomend and will be staying again!

A sweet beach house

This is a roomy and comfortable property in a great area walking distance from the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Great pool with plenty of towels. A few things to note: you are going to have to buy everything-even things that you would expect to be provided like hand soap and toilet paper. It’s not really convenient to go to buy these things either. The listing says that check out is at 10:30 but the manual in the house says 10:00 with no exceptions.

Great location, house just ok

The location of the house is great. We love the north end of the island. The house was just ok. The photos don't really do it justice. The remodeling job was not great to begin with and there is a decent amount of wear and tear. Paint needs to be touched up. Several damaged doors. One bathroom door does not latch or lock, a bedroom door is almost impossible to close. The yard / landscaping is not being well maintained. On a positive note, the AC works great, there is plenty of room for parking, great beach access, and the house does have potential. It just needs some work.

Perfect Location - sweet beach house

We just spent 11 days in this sweet little beach house and loved it! It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay! Fully furnished kitchen with a brand new refrigerator and pots and pans (we love to cook), comfy beds and pillows, plenty of room, and amazing private pool and back yard, and the owner was very responsive and accommodating! There was another couple with us so having 2 living areas (both with plenty of comfy seating) was really nice to have our own space when needed. It is literally less than a block from the beach so we spent early parts of the day there and when we were “all beached out” we relaxed in pool for a cool down before dinner! The hot tub was also great in the cooler evenings to just chill in and have a few cocktails after dinner! Is it a 5 star resort with all the amenities?… No, so don’t expect that… but is a sweetheart of a “beach house” and for the location and price is probably one of the best vacations we have had! Can’t wait to return next year!

The pool was supposed to be heated. It was repaired and became heated on Wednesday of the week. We lost 3-1/2 days. My children and grandchildren were extremely disappointed as was I. In addition to the pool, the man that repaired the pool, stood on the side of the house and PEED. My grandson was extremely upset. The owner said that it was no big deal. The owner reimbursed me $250, which I considered an insult. Needless to say, I will not EVER consider this site again. I was extremely disappointed. I expected at least half of the money I paid for the 3-1/2 days of pool time we lost. So far the owner has paid back $150

Beach Vacation

Our trip was very enjoyable. The beach house location was ideal, a short walk to the beach and to the bay. The property was large enough to accommodate my family of 7. The pool was very nice. We all had a great time. There were a few things that I thought the owners should be aware of: We needed to do a bit of cleaning when we first arrived, especially in the 2nd bedroom (near the front entrance). There was a musty, dirty socks odor by the night stand. Some of the TVs were neither Smart nor cable. The door to the 2nd bedroom would not shut. The rug at front door needed a good vacuum, but the vacuum at the house didn't work. In the kitchen, there were dirty dishes in the cabinets; not enough utensils (forks/spoons) for a family of 7; and the frig had broken shelves on the door that were not usable. Again, overall our trip was a success, just wanted the owners to be mindful of the issues that we had.

Pictures make it look better than it is

Not sure where to begin. When we first arrived before we got settled in we all thought, this is cute! As we settled there were a lot of things that were not ok and for as costly as the house was for a week we were very disappointed. In one of the bedrooms there seemed to be some remnants of animal hair on the sheets. There were 2 of the 3 lightbulbs out in the one bathroom. The air filter in the hallway was absolutely disgusting. Caked with dust and dirt. The fire alarms would go off at any given moment. (At which the owner said, can’t you just remove the batteries?) The ceiling fan had no remote so therefore we couldn’t get that to turn on. In the front bedroom there were 2 huge rocks/bricks holding up the bed frame. One of the pullout drawers in the refrigerator was cracked and broken. The one bedroom door made such a loud squeaking noise that you literally could wake the dead from opening and closing it. The kitchen items such as frying pans were so old they needed to be thrown away probably 5 years ago. All of the glasses and some silverware needed to be washed again. And for a house that sleeps that many people needed to have more cooking items. The back door could be broken into by just jiggling the door. Also, someone could stand to go through all of the beach items that have been left there. They were all in very bad shape. The location was nice. This is no fault of the owners whatsoever but it is not a great location if you are wanting to swim or be at the water because the gulf meets the bay and the rip currents could be bad. So we would drive a few blocks to another beach access so we could hang at the beach. It’s a great location to walk and watch the sunset or walk to the Rod and Reel Pier. Peace, Carrie

Location of this property was nice and convenient, about 1-2 blocks from beach access near Bean Point. I felt the property needed a good deep clean. The vents were caked with dust, baseboards were dirty, black sandy material on the mattress in one of the bedrooms and all the comforters were stained or dirty. Overall, we did enjoy the property and location but felt there was room for improvement. A wagon and a beach umbrella would have been a nice touch because it was difficult to haul all the things to the beach without it. Just bring a big beach bag and you should be good. Plenty of beach chairs, snorkel equipment and sand toys for the kids.

My family loved everything about this house! It’s much bigger inside than you would think. Very spacious and clean. I accidentally left my work cell phone there when I checked out so I reached out to the owner. He went above and beyond to help get it shipped back to me. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Great Location - Great House

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. The house was in a great, quiet location. The size of the house was much bigger than we had anticipated. The interior was essentially new construction with new appliances. Wonderful pool and hot tub with LOTS of outdoor space including a TV under the patio. One great bonus was having beach chairs, an umbrella, and numerous toys and floats that we didn’t have to worry about traveling with. Will definitely be back

We love the peaceful setting on the north tip of Anna Maria Island. It feels like Key West in the 1960's. Walking distance to everything!

We wanted a place across the street from the beach. We found this house and fell in love with the potential. We remodeled it and put in the heated pool! The pool has a large spa and a water sun deck!
