Payés house dating from the 18th century, known as Can Carquetes, has been completely renovated recently, to make our clients' stay more comfortable.
Very quiet, safe and well connected, very close to the core of the town of Tordera, on the Vallmanya road.
Ideal for parties, family gatherings, and all kinds of celebrations.
It consists of 5 bedrooms, a very spacious living room, two bathrooms, kitchen, and a large fenced garden.
It also has an orchard and chicken coop.
There is space to park several vehicles.
Enjoy spectacular views of the Montnegre Corredor, Montseny and Pyrenees, as the house is located on top of a small hill with great visibility.
From the house you can make multiple excursions and departures.

Magnífica casa

Éramos 4 mamás, 7 niños y 1 bebé, la casa es super grande y cómoda, las habitaciones grandes y espaciosas, limpias, los baños limpios con ventana, recomendada totalmente para venir con. Niños, es muy segura, hay tanto espacio para que jueguen que se divierten sin peligro, pusimos una alberca pequeña, el mar muy cerca y bonito, vayan a la Cala Treumal y Blanes. José que va a regar las plantas en las tardes, nos regalaba los huevos de las gallinas y platicaba con nuestros niños, Laia muy agradable persona, siempre al pendiente por si necesitábamos algo. Cómo somos mexicanas hicimos fiesta casi todos los días y nadie nos molestó. Muchas gracias! Regresaremos pronto

Location idéale pour de super vacances en groupe

Nous étions les premiers (3 familles-11 personnes) à séjourner dans cette belle maison rénovée avec goût et qui propose toutes les commodités. Idéale pour les groupes, elle est suffisamment spacieuse pour accueillir 15 personnes. Une table énorme permet de déjeuner aisément en famille. Cette maison de caractère est toute neuve et particulièrement confortable: espace! (300 m2), literie de qualité, 2 grandes salles de bains, draps et serviettes impeccables, divans et fauteuils douillets, grande TV par satellite, connexion internet, machines à laver, portail électrique, BBQ, parking couvert et à l'ombre pour 3 voitures... bref, très bon standing. Elle se situe à la campagne, mais juste à 2 min. de Tordera où l'on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires et un grand supermarché doté d'une belle poissonnerie et d'un rayon boucherie/charcuterie bien achalandé. Les plages se situent à 15 min.- je vous recommande celle de Santa Suzanna, ainsi que la magnifique crique de Santa Christina après Blanès (y aller entre 9h00 et 11h30 pour éviter la cohue, succès oblige -ne pas oublier le masque et le tuba pour admirer les poissons près des rochers). De belles visites culturelle sont à faire dans les environs: Gérone, Vic et Barcelone sont au plus à 1h00 de voiture. Ne pas manquer aussi le gigantesque marché de Tordera du dimanche matin. Nous avons apprécié les apéritifs en terrasse en fin de journée (des tables et chaises en plastique sont à disposition), avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagne et la vallée, quant la lumière enchante la nature. Les contemplatifs seront ravis ! Ce qui a été aussi très appréciable, c'est de pouvoir cueillir les nombreuses tomates, les poivrons et les aubergines à disposition des hôtes. Les poules complètes l'esprit campagnard du site et amusent bien les enfants. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée des propriétaires, mère et fille qui nous ont tout bien expliqué, avec une réelle volonté de faire de notre séjour un excellent moment. Le coin est tout à fait tranquille la journée. Et les nuits apportent une fraicheur suffisante pour éviter la climatisation même au mois d'août. On ne pourra reprocher que les quelques aboiements nocturnes des chiens du voisinage. En conclusion, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous vous recommandons fortement cette location de vacances. Pour preuve, tout le monde- enfants comme adultes- veut y retourner l'année prochaine ! à bientôt Can Carquetes!
