Studio bien agencé au vu de sa petite taille. Les pales au plafond apporte une bonne ventilation dans la pièce à vivre. La terrasse est un atout de taille où l'on peut manger et jouer au ballon tout en chassant les moustiques qui vivent très bien juste dans les haies qui bordent les appartements. C'est le seul vrai point noir sinon la plage est à 10-15 min à pied et les commerces de proximité à 5 min. Un coup de cœur pour ce studio !

Le logement et très agréable propriétaire répond à toute vos question .il y a de quoi manger boulangerie petit supérette au pied de l’immeuble la piscine et très bien et très propre et bien surveiller .franchement je remerci la propriétaire pour nous avoir mis à disposition sont bien . Nous retournerons à la grande motte ville très agréable.

Appartement très bien placé, très propre et avec tous les ustensiles nécessaire. Seul bémol la chambre qui est aussi grande que le lit. La remise des clés par envoi postal n' est pas très pratique.

Bel appartement, bien sutué. un seul point noir cependant: on y étouffe!. Obligé de laisser les fenètres ouvertes jour et nuit, on est à la merci de voisins indélicats qui font du bruits jusque tard dans la nuit.L'installation d'une climatisation serait un confort essentiel pour les prochains locataires.

Je suis désolée que vous soyez tombée sur la grosse canicule de fin août. Pour des raisons écologiques, il n'y a pas de clim. L'appartement est très agréable sans cclim.Tousles appartements étaient étouffants lors de la canicule

Ce logement proche de toutes commodités nous a permis de profiter de la Grande Motte et de ses alentours. Logement correct malgré des moustiques morts dans les placards mais propriétaire sympathique . La seule chose si vous êtes menue ne dormez pas sur le lit à l entrée du logement. Matelas à ressort inconfortable. Bon séjour à tous

Rez de jardin agréable pour profiter de la terrasse. Piscine très bien également et surveillée. Appartement difficile avec un bébé (peu de place pour un lit parapluie, compliqué avec une poussette pour descendre et monter les escaliers pour entrer dans la résidence). Dommage qu'il manque un micro onde. Un petit ventilateur sur pied n'aurait pas été de trop en plein été ;) Plage à 10 min a pied, boulangerie au pied de la résidence ce qui est trés appréciable. Residence calme. Un bon séjour à la grande motte

Il y a un accès mobilité réduite pour accéder au rez de jardin de l'appartement. Le lit bébé peut être placé dans l'espace cabine en escamotant le lit une place. Le ventilateur plafond ne suffit pas, c'est une bonne ide de suggérer le ventilateur portatif en plus et le micro ondes. Ces améliorations seront apportées; merci pour votre commentaire.

La location est fidèle au descriptif, les propriétaires ont vraiment tout prévu ! appartement idéal pour un couple et est très bien situé par rapport à la plage aux sentiers de promenades ainsi qu'aux commerces. Excellente saison pour découvrir La Grande Motte hors période estivale. Recommandé.
