Casale San Martino Organic Farmhouse (Whole House)

Immersed in the green hills of Macerata, the "Casale San Martino" is rented for holidays, short periods and parties, a newly built rustic farmhouse made of brick and stone, located in a small countryside village four kilometers from the town of Sant ' Angelo in Pontano (MC) in a panoramic and quiet position, surrounded by a large fenced courtyard and green spaces with old trees, fruit trees and flower beds.
The cottage was designed and built respecting all anti-seismic criteria and is spread over two floors. Our guests are welcomed by a large living room with a majestic fireplace, ideal for banquets and dinners, five bedrooms with antique-style wrought iron beds for a total of 8 beds and handmade nineteenth-century brick floors. Two spacious bathrooms are available to guests, one on each floor, always structured in the style of the past century.

A breathtaking panorama where the Sibillini mountains and more than ten villages in the Macerata hinterland stand out and can be admired from our 40 sqm terrace.
The Monti Sibillini National Park with the ski slopes of Sarnano, Sassotetto and Bolognola can be reached in 20 minutes by car, the sandy beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche can be reached in 40 minutes by car.
For table lovers we offer restaurants, agritourisms, wineries, producers in the area where food and wine is absolutely genuine and quality, all reachable in five minutes by car.
Throughout the year you can taste the typical products in the numerous festivals organized in the surrounding area.
