Rural house La Rabá. Terrace with incredible views

The house is spread over three floors, located in Sanlúcar de Guadiana, a charming white town in southern Spain at the western end of sunny Andalusia, by the Guadiana river on the border with Portugal. Only one hour and fifteen minutes from Faro airport.

The chestnut wood used in the beams, and hand painted clay tiles flood the house with comfort and tranquility.

The temperature is maintained by air conditioning, central heating and a wood burning fireplace in the living room.

One can start enjoying a coffee or morning tea on the terrace, whose privileged situation immerses us in a landscape where light, water and clean air sharpen the senses. The Guadiana River and Portugal form a unique framework.

The house is ready to accommodate four to six people, with all the comforts.

Nearby there are numerous leisure activities for fans of all sports, including kayaking, paddle surfing, flyboarding, etc.

The first international cogwheel cable in the world allows us to fly over the Guadiana river at 80 km / h.

Visitors can take a walk along the riverbank or cross into Portugal for a refreshing dip on the beach of the Alcoutim River.

In Sanlúcar there are four bars / restaurants, two mini-supermarkets, a traditional bakery and the opportunity to buy fresh fish on certain days.

Sanlúcar de Guadiana is a perfect base from which to explore. The beaches of Ayamonte, Isla Cristina and the Portuguese Algarve are within a half hour drive. Seville, the Sierra de Aracena and the Picos de Aroche, the Donana National Park, the Rio Tinto mines, the places of great cultural interest can be easily visited from here.
