The living area has a table, two chairs, a sofa bed and television.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, iron ..., as well as all kinds of necessary household items (pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery ...

The terrace has a large table, to be able to eat on the terrace. There is also a clothesline

The bathroom is with a shower. Hot water by electric thermos. It has a towel, shampoo, gel, soap, toilet paper.

The apartment is on the second floor of the house where I live. The house is located between the neighborhood of Santa Marina and San Agustín, in the old town. The buildings are two-storey houses and the streets are narrow and cobbled, which gives it a lot of charm. It is a quiet, safe and very quiet area.

The situation is unbeatable, since it is located half an hour on foot, at most from the monumental area and the most emblematic places of the city.

A few minutes walk away there is an avenue where you can park and that has bus stops and taxis.

You also have very close, neighborhood shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, parks ...

Smoking is allowed.

As a hostess, I offer to act as a tourist guide, as long as my obligations do not prevent me, at no charge.

I like to know that my guests are comfortable and at home, so I try to maintain good communication and be able to advise and offer what is in my hands.
