M 'Quartz is a large "design" apartment located in the brand new residential and university area of Attawfiq, symbol of the 21st century Marrakech! A very quiet area, airy with wide streets and avenues, close to the Majorelle Gardens and the center of Gueliz. M 'Quartz overlooks Marrakech on the 5th and last floor of a new residence and high standing (guard elevator, private parking), where it offers a magnificent panoramic view of the roofs and hills of the red city. The M 'Quartz welcomes you in three luxury rooms, open on the city or on a large terrace and vegetated. To relax, two white design lounges occupy the living room, opened by large windows on the terrace. The apartment can also be rented as a bed and breakfast.
