The house has access by elevator and has central heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The first room includes the living room, where you can enjoy satellite TV and the kitchen, fully equipped, refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave and all the appliances necessary for your stay, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, kettle, use. There are two independent bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x190) and the other with a bunk bed with two beds (90x190), both with wardrobes available for use. In the house you will find a bathroom with a shower. There is free Wi-Fi connection throughout the house and we have the necessary cribs and high chairs for the little ones' stay.

The apartment is located in the Lonja area, a short walk from countless points of interest in the city of Palma such as the Cathedral or the Port and surrounded by numerous bars, restaurants and multi-brand shops. One of the most charismatic and sought-after areas of the island both for its location and for its historical character.

In the center of Palma it is difficult to park, if you come by car we recommend using the parking lot which is 150 meters from the apartment.
